Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare

My stay here was wonderful Checking-in was quite fast and efficient compared to other places I've been to. The receptionist was helpful throughout my stay and answered all of my questions I had. I found the bus shuttle to the airport extremely convenient because it ran frequently throughout the day. There's a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, so it was convenient to order food as well. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay.

This area is a bit isolated, yet near the airport. So if you're looking for a place with sites or restaurants around this might not be an ideal place for you. However, if you are looking to rest between flights, this is a great place~

I got stuck at the airport because my plane landed late and I missed my connection. So glad I chose Four Seasons because the taxi was quite expensive - $18.75 before we even got off of the airport! Thankfully, Four Seasons was just another mile or so away. I couldn't find the shuttle at the airport and it was already late so chose the Taxi.

Hotel advertised Breakfast included but there was none, not even anything wrapped up. There was coffee in the room to make. I had. not eaten all day so I was looking forward to a breakfast.

I ran into issues with a Covid test trying to return to Canada. I was super stressed when I reached the hotel and the wonderful staff at the front desk and everyone I encountered did their best to make me feel welcome, get me into a very lovely room super fast and helped me navigate the complex task of renting a car, getting a covid test and trying to work at the same time. Wonderful people, wonderful hotel. It's the treatment of guests that make the tangible difference in a hotel stay. This place, nails it.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable! Staff all friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was closed and there weren't alot of food options. We had traveled all day and hadn't had lunch or dinner.

Morning Staff is Very Likable , Airport Close,By ,Driver to Airport Excellent, Location Likable, Facility Very Clean.

No Restaurant nor Advertising from local Restaurants, evening Staff Seems to have Friendliness Issues

It was near everything we wanted to do and the price was great.

There was some road construction and it made the entrance a little difficult to get into. But that is NOT the hotel’s fault and road construction eventually comes to an end.

Easy check in process. Airport shuttle was available but did not use. Value was decent for the location. If you need to stay next to the airport it is convenient.

Had to pay for parking on an open lot. Room was clean, building/hallways need a bit of an upgrade.

This was just a stop over due to flight change so we were grateful for location and shuttle service. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful with providing restaurant's delivery menus.

Staff are great and very accommodating. When you're tired and have a long journey there's nothing better than staff that are willing to go the other extra mile for you.

Due to Covid-19 the kitchen was closed. There aren't many options for food places after 9pm.
