Hilton Garden Inn Kankakee

The breakfast was wonderful. It had a large variety of items to choose from that were very tasty. The location was well marked and accommodating. Separate coffee or hot tea was also available. Upon check in, Kristina was more than helpful and answered all questions.

I can't think of anything to improve this facility. Our group chose to play cards and had plenty of space to do so downstairs. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Just needed a place to crash for a few hours on a very long drive, so it was a quick stay - staff was friendly and I felt welcome when I arrived at 9:30pm. The overnight person was very new and didn't know how to input my Hilton Honors # but took it down and promised to ask the day manager, and it has appeared on the invoice, so she actually followed through. The bed was VERY comfortable and welcome as was the shower.

Everything was fine. No complaints. It was a very brief stay and I didn't see the entire facility but my room was great. Easy access from the highway.

What I did like was the front desk young lady so helpful, I really like the room it was nice and clean.

Wha I didn’t like was that I was supposed to have breakfast with my stay but some reason the lady that it was in charge of the kitchen said there was no more breakfast that was disappointing.

The lobby had a nice floral arrangement.

It smelled like smoke everywhere, it was a very noisy hotel because the walls were thin. There were stray hairs everywhere including the bed and the shower drain. The beds are on the firm end so be prepared.

Clean, comfortable & I love how they have fresh cold flavor infused water available up front. The little touches make the difference in customer service.

Couldn't see out our rooms windows. Even if there's no view I'd like to be able to see out the window.

Nice hotel as to be expected from a Hilton. Plenty of additional amenities to accommodate different travelers.

The food at the on-site restaurant as well as the service. The quality of the food was more like from a school cafeteria, it definitely didn’t match the level of the hotel.

My son and I came for a one night night stay and from the moment we checked in everything was what I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand! The staff was exceptional and the property was immaculate. We will continue to make the Hilton brand our only choice for out of town accommodations.

The staaff were amazing. The rooms were quiet and clean. I would highly recommend the hotel.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. It was a really good stay.

Breakfast was okay, but it was misleading I was quoted a price during my reservation, however it was something different upon my stay.

Everything was great the misleading of breakfast and no internet was really not a big deal for me but for some it could cause a problem

Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, friendly check in and check out staff. Good location to our friends. Easy and fast checkin and out.

Didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast. Upon checking into our room, found leftover food items in the mini fridge!Hope the room was cleaned better than that.
