Hampton Inn and Suites Peru

We loved this hotel. It was the best one we have stayed at in a while. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent staff, nice and friendly. The pool is always a must for us and it was wonderful, a bit chilly , but refreshing. The room was clean and nice. The shower was amazing ! The bed was comfortable and area was quiet. We will be back!

The rooms were clean and we had plenty of space. I always love having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Facility location was very convenient to get in and out of. Being on the top floor, we did not have noise from anyone above us and we had a quiet floor. That was very nice.

Despite our request ahead of time for 2 rooms on the parking lot side, we were told they were not available. We had a nice view from my room but the truck traffic all night long required the use of earplugs overnight. During Covid I understand the grab and go breakfast. It was nice to have some sort of breakfast indeed. The quantity sizes for the orange juice and yogurt were very small (4 oz) and we were instructed to have only one each. That’s all I had was yogurt and orange juice. I understand you don’t want people to clear it all out but a little larger quantities would be helpful.

It was clean, comfortable and staff was great. We had a hick up with our reservation when we got There. But Natalia helped us get things settled with booking.

Still grab and go breakfast. We stay at Hampton inn here in Texas and it’s hot breakfast. Oh and no decaf coffee 😭. But neither are big deals.

Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Good variety with fresh fruit and a full breakfast menu. The staff was very friendly! Only bad thing about room was the squeaky bathroom door.

We received warm welcome ,staff was polite and knowledgeable. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was awesome. And great area.

Furniture could use an upgrade, couch starting to look worn out.

The breakfast staff and checkout staff were good.

The person checking us in had problems with the price. We ended up paying more than what was quoted from booking.com The manager said he would fix it but didn't.

Great staff and continental breakfast.

Wallpaper peeling from walls. Shower caulk was filthy. Didn't seem very insulated from hallway noise.

Nice decor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Near restaurants, despite the nearly defunct mall.

No hot tub in pool area. There were ants on our sink.

Icey parking lot and walk ways, the first floor elevator button was broken so had to get a staff member to get back on the elevator

Comfortable bed, big bathroom, quiet, nice variety for breakfast

Stay was pleasant, comfortable, clean, quiet. Only problem was the shower doors. Doors would not stay close , had to hold with one hand while trying to shower. Otherwise, very nice place.
