The Plainfield Inn

Easy checkin process (host texts you the access code for the main door and your room door; never met the host); responsiveness of host to questions and requests (i.e., AC is centrally controlled; I found the room to cold for my comfort; host did raise the temp a bit); excellent shower, well functioning Keurig with plenty of coffee to choose from; clean; simple decor; on-site parking; easy walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Lighting is dim; no writing desk (not great for business travelers needing to work); only a cushioned fold-up chair which is not very comfortable (no room for a larger chair). All okay for one night

Very nice and homey little Inn located in a great neighbourhood. Very clean room and kitchen common area. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the free parking spot and having access to a communicable kitchen area. Wonderful location with easy access to restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

Not much to complain about but maybe a little more counter surface in the bathroom or bedroom area would be helpful for longer stays

Our main point of contact was very responsive and helpful. He himself was away on a family trip but still managed to take care of us. The rooms were nicely remodeled, beautiful and clean and GREAT location downtown right off the strip.

We had to reserve two rooms during our stay because they were overbooked. We had hoped they would have been able to accommodate us but they could not and we had to switch rooms during our stay. Thankfully we really liked the new room which was larger previous.

The room was nicely updated, and the property was gorgeous! The location was perfect, and only a block away from all the wonderful downtown restaurants and bars.

the bed was a little uncomfortable and they turn the AC temps up during the day, so it’s a little warm if you’re in the room during the daytime. Everything else was perfect!

Quiet location, perfect for Homecoming reunion and parade. Manager was very friendly. Owner is always nice to deal with. I have stayed here several times.

Some of the other guests left broken bottles outside. My husband tried to clean it up to be helpful when we went outside the next morning so nobody would puncture their tires.

Central location to downtown but not on a busy street. Very comfortable bed.

Very, Very small wastebasket in the bathroom - only one in the place Bright red EXIT sign in room - made it hard to sleep Pillows were a tad hard. Need a little more furniture in the room , maybe a loveseat

Loved the historical building. They bed was so comfortable and the shower was AMAZING! IThe location was great! Justin was a great host and very helpful! I would definitely stay again!

absolutely beautiful and clean! very spacious and cozy. easy checkin/checkout process. property is within walking distance of downtown Plainfield, great food/night life entertainment

Best part is that you dont have to check in with a receptionist, they just send you your code and that is it.

There is no control for the temperature inside the room but they give a space heater, no bad but no the greatest.

Everything was perfect! Easy check in/ out process. The room was clean and in excellent condition. The place was also in a great area a lot of food choices. Justin was also quick with his response with any questions.
