It's great that most places don't have carpet anymore. It makes the place feel so much cleaner. Although the breakfast was very basic, I liked that each portion of eggs, sausage, bread, etc was in its own little baggy rather than an unattended steam dish The only issue is that they need to be reheated in the microwave and all there were were foam plate that you can't use in a microwave.

We prefer a shower vs a shower over tub. I wish more places would do that. Nobody uses a tub in a hotel.

Jeff at front desk was so helpful and so sweet and polite he was a wonderful person always keeping busy and helpful he gets 10stars, house keepers were so polite and helped out with what we needed for our room all the staff was wonderful ,building was always clean and fresh ,we really enjoyed ourselves and we will return ,thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful you are out standing Signed rose beavers,an Monica gettings

It was clean. The price was reasonable. And it was close to the things we wanted to do.

The breakfast was pathetic. Toast, boxes of cereal, and some tired looking muffins are not breakfast. Also My father who was traveling with us went to the front desk to ask for another pillow, his arthritis was bothering him after being in the car for awhile. The front desk person said they did not have any extra pillows available. REALLY!!!

 you need to install an elevator  to the second floor we had a very difficult time moving our luggage up and down the stairs  end it was dangerous for us as senior citizens to go up and down the stairway. Let seniors and handicap people know that you do not have an elevator. 

As the last times i have stayed here the stay was great. They are always friendly.

On my reservation it said there would be a loveseat. Which is one of the main reasons i reserved the suite. When i arrived there was no loveseat just one chair. :( The last thing the pool is SOOO COLD it would be great if there was a pool heater. Even to just warm it a little.

The jacuzzi spa in our room was nice and relaxing. The bed was pretty comfortable.

The pool was really clear, but dirty on the bottom. Dead spiders and dirt built up around the sides. Not sure if the pumps were working. Breakfast wasn't great. Not many options.

Good value. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. We did not go down to the breakfast so I cannot honestly evaluate what was available. We did use the pool and whirlpool which were clean and very nice.

It is a non smoking hotel. But the first night we were there it reeked of cigarette smoke. And when we came back to the hotel after dinner we definitely smelled marijuana in the hallway. But the next day we no longer smelled cigarettes.

The pool was especially nice. Good location

Breakfast was a bit sparse. They used styrofoam plates instead of paper. Some of the offerings required microwaves which do not work well with styrofoam.

I paid more for a room for 3 instead of 2 people.

A little more room. We were expecting room for 3, maybe a small bed for the 3rd person. No big problem though we were only there for a few hours to get to the IHSA Track Girls Finals at Eastern Illinois Unv.

It was good Manager called me on my cell after we left to let me know that I left my glasses. And held them until I came back to retrieve them.
