Frontdesk not that good. Different answers. Even for leaving a small carry-on bag for a couple hours, I was told it'll be charged $25. Manager was not available (off and no substitute) when I wanted to check about this. For room cleaning, I was supposed to "schedule" it beforehand (may be busy weekend due to college start).

Loooved the beds. Very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk for check-in was very nice! Fresh, hot coffee and all the fixings are available all day and night. The pool was fun too! Our son had so much fun swimming after a 15 hour day in the car.
The morning staff at the front desk… not very friendly. Breakfast selections were alright. Felt like the hallways of the property hadn’t been cleaned in years, but the rooms were so clean.

LOVED that there was always hot coffee and hot water in the canisters by lobby. It was clean by the coffee/tea area. LOVED that there was flavored coffee creamers and really nice assortment of tea flavors. Really nice lobby area to work on computer.
Pool was closed, and there was no notification on the website or via hotel confirmation. Room's decor was a bit outdated. Wish there was a sleeve around remote control saying it had been sanitized. Upstairs on 4th floor, there was no sanitizer in the device by the elevators.

it was convenient to where we were going. checkin was easy
the other group wanted a suite and we’re told there was one but at check in they didn’t have one. they were given 2 rooms instead and not charged for second which was nice. the breakfast area was not cleaned well. food area was okay but tables were not cleaned unless requested and then tables weee left very wet.

Rooms, though adequate, were on small side - counter in bath small, only counter in bedroom was a small desk and around the (small) TV. Neither refrigerator or microwave, which we found very unusual for Hampton we have stayed at in the past.

I have allergies to beef, pork and dairy so that puts a damper on meals outside my home, in general. There were no bananas and more fresh fruit would be helpful. I'm glad they made the oatmeal with water instead of milk. The young lady at the front desk was estremely friendly, competent and helpful. Kudos to her; sorry I didn't get her name. She had long black hair and glasses. We signed in on Friday, September 3rd around 4 p.m.

Breakfast was better then I thought it would be. Carol went above and beyond to let me know what I could eat with my dietary requirements. Alexis at the front desk was amazing and very sweet. Both these ladies where a stand out out of all the staff there.

The hotel decor is a little tired but was very clean. Hard to find when listed as Champagne/Urbana — gps kept us circling Champagne when the hotel is really at the same address in Urbana.
