Wonderful landscape - Beautiful barns - and just enough methane aroma to give that “ Down on the farm “ good morning smell. “ Ahhh - it’s gonna be a good day “ Met a real nice farm hand that actually talked with us. Not at us. He really cares about this farm he works on. He took pride in telling us about anything we asked about. Nice guy. He was in his 20’s. What a pleasure just to visit a while. He was very well educated.

The pool!! It is wonderful for small children (mine are 3 & 6). They loved it so much they didn't care to do the cow/pig adventure our 2nd day they just wanted to swim until checkout instead. Also the restaurant was wonderful. The food & service was well worth the price. And the breakfast served by the hotel was great, best hotel breakfast we've had.

We had a 11:00 checkout. 2 times between 10am & 10:23am 2 different staffed knocked on our door to check the status of our room. I didn't really mind the 1st time, but the 2nd was not necessary. I told the first person we were currently packing up. Trying to get myself and 2 small kids dressed and packed is not easy and I was quite annoyed I had to stop what I was doing to answer the door. The 2nd staff member was kind of rude. I stated don't we have until 11? And she just turned and walked away. Why can't they just check at the front desk to see if the room is empty yet??

The uniqueness of the setting, the resort-type extras such as the restaurant, bar, market, etc., and proximity to friends made it very special. A decent complimentary breakfast, availability of coffee, water, etc.

The cost of the room when the bed and pillows were not very comfortable and we were constantly woken up by slamming doors, hallway noise, etc.

beautiful rooms. location had plenty of family activities but all at a cost

my shower essentials (conditioner, shampoo and body wash were close to empty, garbage cans had no liners. the fact that all activities came at a cost. I think with the cost of a stay at the hotel, something should have been free or at a discounted price.

Very kid friendly without screaming kid friendly…if that makes sense? Well kept, the little mini slides in the pool area were fantastic!

Pools had a few “things” at the bottom and just felt a little dirtier, or older feeling I guess. This was not a HUGE thing by any means.

The other front desk person was not helpful at all because I went thru booking. Com she said she couldn't do anything for me to extend my stay

We loved it. Our check-in was easy, as it should be, and the facility met our expectations. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a bit pricey, but I get it. Quality will come at a cost.

I loved the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Room 316 didn't have all the pieces for the room coffee maker to make a cup of coffee. their were 3 lights in that room that were not working. i wasn't able to connect a game consul into the room TV.

Resort-type feel, friendly and upbeat staff

Room doors slam loudly and hallway noise permeates the walls, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

The rooms are great, the staff is amazing!

The pool was very strong with chlorine, and the pool room is a little warm and humid, but we still enjoyed it.
