I loved the stay! The price was fantastic! For a family of 7+ we rarely find a steal/great deal for less than $170/night. I can see why the hotel is at this price point but the extra little touches were amazing and thoughtful. The lights in the pool were a nice touch. At first glance you kind of think college party but our kids had a blast and it was great that they had all of the floaties/toys in the pool area for use! Salt and pepper shakers were in the cupboard, there was a broom in the room, an umbrella, a fly swatter! It’s those small things that are a win for me! I also loved the decor in the room! It was so cute and everything flowed so nicely.

The room did have a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. It wasn’t overbearing so we got used to It fairly quickly. The property is older and there were little things here and there that needed a little tlc but nothing major. The only other thing was the view/area. There were electrical wires running right in front of the balcony(you could reach out and grab them). I would love to come when the beach is open (we likely will, someday). The area seemed a bit rundown. Im not sure what they were doing out front: taking down an amusement park or putting one up?

The bed was very comfortable. My girls stayed in the hot tub the majority of the stay and everything was so clean! This place is very nice making everything else look like trash!! You guys should definitely renovate more spaces and open more locations!! Very impressed with the front desk clerks!!

The living space was a tab bit small. During the middle of the night the curtain fell down and I thought somebody was breaking in lol!! I didn’t like hunting for parking or being afraid I would be towed. The man working next door was very rude so do not park in his spaces!!

Room was clean and comfortable. The pool and boats were great. We were able to find other things to do in place of the amusement park by searching for places to hike nearby. We found a couple of nice trails and tried to make the most of our day.

We misread the website for the amusement park and were disappointed to learn that it was closed during our stay. The website is a little misleading and unclear. We hope to drive back up for a single day to use our amusement park tickets or would like a refund from the park if we're unable to make it back out. The park schedule should be more clearly posted with operating hours on the first page of the website. The way it reads currently is that opening day was May 22.

I loved the area close to Indiana beach , very clean and well kept decor was beautiful and the back dock was nice with the lake you all did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back thanks so much

Quiet time was from 10-6 my last night was Sunday so. That was a relax day for us the people that stayed in the celebrity suite on the back where very loud and noisy they woke me up it was a lot of people in the pool and party on the back dock till 5 am in the morning they didn’t respect the rules I didn’t like that but for everything else I really enjoyed

I liked that fact that it was next to Indiana Beach. I also liked that it had a pool, dock, patios to hang out, and kayaks, paddle boards and boats.

Just the hornets and spiders, but I’m sure there everywhere along the river .

The location was exceptional and the staff was great. The space was great just enough room for 7 and then scenery from the lake was nice... Thank you for your kindness and prompt response to your needs.

There's really nothing we didn't like... EXCEPT THE PARK WAS CLOSED and that was the reason for your visit.

I love the way the room was designed. Wow!!! The beds were large and very comfortable. The pillows were super soft. I absolutely love the idea of getting to use the paddle boats, and the canoes at no charge.

The fact that for the price I paid I wasn't expecting to find a cockroach in the silverware drawer late at night!!! Also I wish there was a bathtub instead of a shower. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves Checkout time was different than what was listed in the room. Needs to be updated.

There was a variety of things that you could do unfortunately for us it rained all day but in between rains we did spend time on the big deck. On our next visit we will request room 7 because the private patio off the deck looked wonderful we were in room 6 which was amazing but we know we would enjoy the private patio. We are hoping to get the whole family together and rent the larger room as well. Hopefully no rain so we can use the paddle boats and fish. We will be back we went to relax and get away and that is exactly what we got! The lady that was there when we checked in extremely nice and helpful!! We enjoyed our overnight stay thank you!

Only thing we didn’t like was there was a large party of people staying there for a birthday and they were extremely loud and the next morning when we went out there was a lot of trash which we thought was rude of the people. As we were leaving they were picking things up so I hope they cleaned everything up because it is a nice area. Of course that was no fault of yours. Everything else was just what we wanted.

It was very nice. Honestly better than I thought. It was a nice Jem. Definitely would like to bring my family back sometime, I was there on business. So future plans on going back.

The location on the lake is great and the outside seating options are nice. They offer free pedal boats and have grills available to cook out. The pool area is nice and warm with colored changing lights. They also provide some pool toys and life vest for the kids.

Unable to adjust the room temperature to your liking. You have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool, not suitable during cold weather.
