Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

Although our reservation made through booking.com was not forwarded to this Comfort Inn the hotel worked with us to get us a room. Only two handicapped rooms remained because of a large event occurring in Indianapolis. We were given one of those rooms.

We booked through booking.com. I received a confirmation. The reservation was not passed along to Comfort Inn so our reservation was not recognized. We ended up paying an extra $80 for a room at this hotel. We will be extremely reluctant about booking any stay through booking.com in the future.

The pool was nice, the area seemed safe, the staff was friendly, and the property was clean

There was nothing around - it was convenient to the airport and to the bowling alley my son was bowling at, but restaurants and shopping were at least 20 mins away. That isn’t the fault of the property - just a heads up for those staying here

Clean, comfortable room.

Either the key cards or the card readers are worn out. We had much trouble entering our room- usually took 5-10 swipes before the door would open. On one instance, the door never opened, so we had to go to the front desk to have it re-programed. We had very similar trouble with the secondary building entrances as well, making late night returns to our room very frustrating.

I was ask at my arrival what would the 3 days I would like to have them come in to clean during my 5 days I was there . I picked Thursday and Saturday because I knew it was going to rain on Wednesday and my Son and I would be in the room. they never came into our room to do anything and on Friday I let them know at the front desk. they did go into the room on Saturday our last day there and gave us clean towels and made the beds.

The big surprise was the room itself. It was large, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The air conditioner unit had the option of turning on the fan which provided white noise to block out anything sounds from outside the hotel or the hallway. A really excellent night's sleep was had.

I would suggest a breakfast scenario where there were more items or other items of a more healthy variety and more attention paid to the tremendous amount of garbage produced by all the "disposable" food packaging.

People were friendly hotel was Comfortable and common areas were clean was very roomy didn't feel cramped like most hotel rooms and was quite not noisy like some hotels are on weekends overall was defintly a good stay for the price would return for another stay if in the area

Room could of been little cleaner there were Cheetos in the fold out couch and candy wrappers under the stand but they did tell us that they were short staffed on maids at check in and website said they had pool and sauna but sauna did not work whole control panel was missing

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They had a tasty, free breakfast. Waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagles, bread, etc.

The water in the indoor pool was freezing. The washroom door in our room locked, if you closed it you couldn't get in. Luckily a manager, I believe was able to get it opened. It opened from the inside but not the outside so we had to leave it open if no one was in the the washroom.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good and glad that it opened at 6:30 am. We had to leave at 7 am. It was close to the Fairgrounds. We were able to pick where we wanted our room. The attendant gave us options. He also was happy to give us sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch since the room didn't have any.

I arrived very late one night off a flight. I was tired and had to take the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle driver, an older gentleman, was lovely. And then upon arrival the two women were so kind and professional. I don’t know their names; one woman had tattoos and the other had dark hair. They were just lovely. Very good representations of your business.

Lady at front desk was very kind! She made nice conversation and told me about all the delivery restaurants near the hotel, gave me the delivery paper options.

Everything with the room was very nice, clean, and more then enough room for my family and I. Only thing that bothered me after my second night there I got bitten by what it looked like a bedbug. But it was sooooo tiny I couldn’t really tell. It was small and red. Glad I was able to kill it and hope there isn’t more around, I didn’t make a big dead of it because I was literally checking out within 3 hours after the fact. Overall nice stay!
