I liked the room it was gorgeous. The rooms are like little apartments. They have fridge/freezer stove, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, everything to the dish soap and pot holders. The staff overnight was wonderful. I wish I got her name but she was a blonde lady and was alone. She was so helpful. I was on my way home driving from Missouri to New York and we were tired and stressed. I couldn’t find a lot of our toiletries so we needed lotion, toothpaste, q-tips etc. I would run and ask if they had something and she was always so sweet and never made me feel like a bother.

The only thing that I didn’t like was they had a small area where they had small bottles of soda, and frozen dinners, ice cream, snacks mainly and they were overpriced. I thought they should be way less if not free with the room for the night.

Building shows no signs of age, and the decor and interior was clean and looked fresh. The room itself, while not the largest, managed to pack a lot of amenities and a large bathroom into the space given. Free airport shuttle also provided, with departures every 30 minutes.

Breakfast service was served between 6 am to 9 am, which means some guests would miss out (I had to leave at 5:30, and wanted a bite before leaving). Air conditioning unit could be quieter. These complaints are very minor, and does not apply to most guests.

The room was very nice and quiet. The bed was super comfy, and everything seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again. the proximity to the airport was nice.

It would be nice to have a water dispenser in the dining area that you could use regularly. The hotel sits a bit off the main road, so a directional sign along the main road would be nice. Google maps took me right to it, but the turn off the main road was unexpected, especially at night.

We stayed there to be closer to the airport for a early flight out, the location was very close to the airport and worked out great! the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, we will definitely stay there again! They even had a personalized message on our TV screen Welcoming us! On a scale of 1 - 10 this hotel deserves a 10!

We planned to take the hotel shuttle to the airport but unfortunately the shuttle service did not start until 4 am and we had to be at the airport by 3 am so that did not work out like we had planned but other than that everything was great!

it was new. the room was nice and bed was comfortable.

No restaurant. The front desk advised me that the hotel next-door had a restaurant, but when I walked over there they were closed on Sundays. Their hotel shuttle took me to the Holiday Inn to eat, and also came back and picked me up as to where the TownePlace suites did not even offer that, and didn’t even know the other restaurant was closed on Sundays.

The property was well kept and very new. The staff was kind and always helpful.

there were fingernail clippings in corners and on one table in our room. It was disgusting. I told the front desk as we were checking out because we found many on the last morning we were there. Also, you can hear people walking above you but it calmed down as the night went on.

Clean, quiet, safe. Great airport location. Special call out to Julie the airport shuttle bus driver. We had a rental car flat in a massive rainstorm and needed to get our college sons to the airport for a shuttle back to Purdue. Julie helped us out and then helped us return from dropping our eventually repaired rental car. Now if we can just get Avis/Budget to reduce the charges....

Free parking. New building. Indoor pool. Patio with tables and BBQ.

In theToo much close of FedEx truck terminal. Very noisy 24h. Suite full kitchen without table... Not clean in the room on arrival.

Unfortunately Towne Place Suites does not have a restaraunt, however the staff was more than willing to accommodate with shuttle to/from nearest place to eat. Towne Place Suites has been good about making accommodations to enhance my visit

Breakfast was disappointing, not enough choices, no fruit

I did not get housekeeping at all, expected the every other day option, 3 night stay never visited.
