Hampton Inn Lebanon, IN

The staff was good, offered help for questions and served a good hot breakfast. Pool was clean though very shallow. Had to request towels and they told us to use pool towels instead??? Otherwise ok. No real complaints.

Being told to get our own extra towels from the pool rather than softer bath towels. We had 3 adults and a teenager showering before bed, then after the pool, then in the morning before traveling… so that wasn’t pleasant. Also, the barn style bathroom/closet doors were finger biters! They are hard to move with arthritis and weaker hands. They don’t fully close for privacy. Beds were hard as rocks. We have a temperpedic and these are super firm. Woke up in pain. Otherwise, no issues.

breakfast is really good every time we stay. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are great. I especially like the hooks in the bathroom and outside the bathroom to hang wet clothes or towels.

I like the digital key for me but my kids couldn’t use it with out my phone. I wish there was a way they could get it without having to download the app.

Very quiet and everything is so convenient.

My mom was very upset that the three mornings we were there for breakfast that the oranges were still in the fruit basket and they were very moldy looking. They should of been thrown away. And the tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned off very well.

Our bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, breakfast was good and best of all the General Manager Hamid Siadat was Wonderful!! He asked if he could fix our coffee …spoke to everyone who came to breakfast and made us all feel like we gained a new friend. He is excellent at his job because of his great heart. Thank you Hamid!!!!

very tidy and all areas I was in looked and felt clean. bed was comfortable and had ample towels in the bathroom.

didn’t like the fact that the bed cover was a comforter and main under cover. I pulled it off on the floor and pulled the waffle blanket out of the closet.

The manager offered to help us with our luggage even though he was on his way home for the day. The facility and amenities were top notch. Breakfast was restaurant quality. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. I highly recommend Hampton Inn Lebanon!

Cleanliness is always the first thing I look for. It was great. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Friendly staff and convenient location.

I don’t have anything to provide as I felt it was a great stay.

Did not try the breakfast

It is a dog friendly hotel. The bedspread seemed a little dirty and had dog hair on it but we called the front desk and the put a clean one on immediately.

Room accommodations were great. Breakfast was very tasty and had many varieties of items to satisfy any palette.

Find someone to pay my bill, but other than that . . .

Breakfast did include some healthy options… homemade oatmeal with I hope was not Quaker but steel cut.

Heater in room had to reset by staff to get heat . It was cold for a few hours.
