Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Northwest

The bed was truly comfortable! Slept like newborn babies! Not alot of noise, just what 2 tired working people needed, to rejuvenate! Restaurants shopping, even entertainment are minutes away!

The breakfast had NO meat, and be aware that they charge you at 4pm if you're checked in or not! We lost something and while looking for it found things the last people left! Things are a little worn but it wasn't a distraction from our rest.

We needed early check-in due to my granddaughter's surgery. They were so helpful and accommodating. The ice machine was always full and easily accessible to fill the needed ice packs.

This was no fault of the Baymont, but it was very difficult to extend our stay by a day on-line via the booking sites.

small, suites, friendly, use of a washer and dryer!!, pet friendly(no extra charge), convenient location, easy parking, great “hotel baggage sled” to transport lots of stuff to room in one trip, breakfast, good in room coffee, etc. for me and my cat, waiting for movers, it was a total blessing.

We did not eat breakfast there. The building is old but the room was ok and met our needs. We stayed there due to no other option available. The front desk was friendly and helpful when our room key didn't work. The room was spacious and had 2 TV that worked well. Microwave and fridge that both worked well. The water pressure in the shower was nice.

The bed was extremely hard and the bathroom was on the older side. The carpeting appeared old but was ok. Extremely expensive nightly rated, probably wouldn't stay there again due to the cost.

Nice staff room larger than most.

When I arrived no one was at the desk, there was a bell to ring for service. Rang the bell about six times no one showed up finally I used my cellphone, called the hotels number. A young man answered I explained where I was and no one was at the desk. He apologized and came inside immediately, he was the young man I passed coming into the hotel outside on the phone. Between ringing the bell six times and waiting and the phone call 20 minutes went by.

That was the best room we have had in a long time. Definitely liked the separate sitting room from the sleeping room.

The only thing was there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and the exhaust fan was incredibly loud. We also could hear all water usage from the room ABOVE us. Almost sounded like we had water running in our own unit.

Location was great, price was good

Breakfast was not diabetic friendly, no protein offered(other than the eggs), the scrabbled eggs were not fresh. The sheets did appear to be clean but there were small holes in them, should not have been used.

Most small nitpick ever here and I'm sure they would've fixed it but it wasn't a big deal.... The tv in the living room didn't connect to the cable for some reason......

Great deal; rooms are suites, with a a bedroom (with TV), kitchenette with sink, microwave, and small fridge, and a small "living room" with a couch and desk. Lots of lighting and plugs. Bed had a blanket and a down comforter. All was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked really well. Location is just off the highway, but set back so you don't hear traffic noise. Near restaurants, Trader Joe's, Walmart, gas stations, hospital. Only two floors, which is nice!

The location was perfect as I was there to go to Beef and Boards dinner theater. The hotel is right on Michigan and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Room was great... separate rooms for bed and living room. Room was a tad bit small but since there was separate rooms i didnt mind. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great hotel for a reasonable price.

Parking lot could use a bit of repair (not real bad though).
