Breakfast was good, the room was very nicely furnished and clean, location was right off the highway

When i booked the room online i got one price but then after booking i seen a price for about $20 less. I asked the young man at the front desk about this and he said he had no idea why. I also asked him what the room rate would have been if i had called the hotel directly instead of booking online and instead of giving me an answer he asked me what i paid online and then stated ...yeah its about the same. Also when i was checking out the young girl at the front desk didnt even notice i was standing there waiting on her to finish her facebook....yes i actually seen it on her phone. She did apologize tho for making me wait.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and the pool was nice. Everything was great.

The image of our room made it look like there was two separate rooms with a door. However, when we got there, we received a room separated by a curtain. This made it harder to put out kids to bed.

My family and I really enjoyed the whole facility, especially the pool and spa! The pool was very warm, SUPER friendly staff who were there to help whenever needed. Beds, rooms, and lobby were all VERY clean! we loved our stay and will be back!

Perfect suite setup for us and our adult son and his dog. Equipped with full fridge and dishes, glassware, utensils, plus a table and chairs—so worked well to eat in the room. Staff members were pleasant. Much better breakfast options (hot oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, fresh berries) than most motels these days.

Location was non-description, as expected when looking for something close to the interstate…

Amazing breakfast. For an average airport hotel, they did the breakfast right. So many options in a tiny space! Outdoor seating was available too, which was a nice surprise. GReat room, plenty of space. Way more than we expected actually. They curtain separating the living room area was a nice touch.

Pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked here. Would have been nice it they had offered a bit of a refund for those of us with kids who booked for that specific reason.

We had a bit of trouble with GPS in our son's new ford 150 ranch and at first ended up at an empty lot. When I made him go back to Highway 70 and exit on 46 we reached it fine. Perhaps a map with information on website about exits would help.

Nothing -- it was roomy and convenient and staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the larger refrigerator and the REAL dishes to use when we ate in the room.

Extra large room was great!

The breakfast was not good! We weren't excepting 5 stars but the breakfast sandwiches were hard as rocks & waffles were tasteless. No scrambled eggs or orange juice was very unusual as well. We loved this hotel except for the breakfast.

Was spacious, and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. The morning staff was so friendly and welcoming. And the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Hard to find the entry due to no entry sign , I am assuming due to construction.

Breakfast was great. We had a gathering to work on things for our philanthropic organization and were able to use the tables in the lobby... it worked out amazingly well!

We were on the 2nd floor with our room facing the gathering area. People were out there being loud at all hours of the night! You should tell people that rooms 201, 203, 205, 207 have the possibility of having excessive outside noise - or post quite hours out there Maybe midnight to 6AM?

Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy.

Pool was out of commission the whole weekend because a water test had not come back. We were bummed! Also, there was a couple of splatters of blood on the headboard but we wiped the headboards down with the lysol wipes furnished by the hotel.. Hotel housekeeping needs to be sure to wipe the headboards (especially)!
