It wasnt far from the places we visited ,the Waterpark was awesome. We will have to come back in the summer
The waterpark was packed it took awhile to get in. And when we 1st got out room the door was jammed and when got maintenance to help went in the room and the beds were used and the door between rooms was opened. Called receptionist and she gave us new room plus she made it up by giving us 4 passes for thr waterpark.

Location was at the half way point home for us, perfect location. Reasonable value though seemed to be designed for the summer months. We went to the breakfast barn and had the best breakfast in years.
Lots of sub par parents not watching kids with liquor in hand. Lots of activity near our room until about 11pm.

A very fun resort with a clean room very comforable beds and a great family atmosphere. They had staffing issues in the waterpark when we were there. Without telling us they gave us a substantial discount which shows they have top notch management.
The line at the food/drink cabana was very long. I felt so bad for the one man show that was working. Once they get fully staffed I don't see why we would not stay again.

Maybe it’s just because I’ve been quarantined for so long- I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the water park area. My shower walls very obviously had not been wiped down- which made me question the rest of the room... The water park area was something else; There was food dropped on the floor, people had food and beverages in the water areas, and it really was overcrowded. The floor was also very slick in several places-

LOCATION WAS GREAT. SO MUCH TO DO WITHIN A FEW MILES FROM STAY.
PARKING WAS DIFFICULT AT TIMES. MY FRIEND WAS OLDER AND HAD HARD TIME FINDING CLOSE PARKING TO UNLOAD LUGGAGE AT CHECK-IN BUT WAS ABLE TO DRIVE UP CLOSER AT ANOTHER DOORWAY AT DEPARTURE.

Didn't have breakfast on premises, location was great, I research areas before we travel so I knew where it was located with reference to things we wanted to see.
The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been, a little saggy on the left side of the bed. It wasn't the resorts fault, but were was another family above us and they were stomping on the floor all hours of the night, also we weren't provided with instructions as to how to operate the thermostat it didn't simply just increase by pushing the up button we had to ask at the desk the next morning

The room was way better than expected. Made me feel better about how much the price. And the water park has a lazy river that could be a little deeper but over all the kids loved the water park and didn’t want to leave.

Rooms were not very clean and no daily maid service was offered. The hotel need to provide breakfast, seemed strange that they did not.
