Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bluffs

Clean, comfortable room with good view of the parking lot. The location was good. Parking seemed secure. Restaurants nearby. Seemed secure.

Roads in the area are super rough. I was in the area at the time of the College World Series, so things seemed more expensive than usual, and the hallways, lobby, and parking lots seemed to have a lot of rowdy baseball players around. Noisy.

The rooms are cute, and I love the large window with window seat. The room was fairly clean and nice. The workers were all nice. The elevator has a convenient location right between the breakfast area and check in desk. There are also a lot of parking spaces. It was fairly quiet at night in the room.

The room felt sort of small. The breakfast didn't have many options for people who are gluten or lactose intolerant. They only have regular milk, no milk substitutes, and the breakfast items were just waffles, biscuits, and muffins. The lighting was also weird, there were about 6 or more lights switches in various strange areas of the room. For example, down by the bed, next to the window, the entry way(which is normal) low to the ground on the other side of the bed. The inconstitency was not bad, it was just kind of funny looking for the light switches.

I picked this because of the location and it was a good, clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff were nice and helpful and the TV and channels to watch were to my liking. Good hot shower and shower head. Plenty of parking, not too noisy at night, and located close to things to do such as Bass Pro, Full Fledged Brewery, eateries close by, and easy freeway access.

Stairs were not vacuumed and had some dust bunches and crumbs etc. I almost always use the stairs in hotels and it is hard to believe so many of them don't seem to vacuum the stairs very often. I would think at least every few days if not daily they would clean up the stairways.

That the staff was very kind. The beds was comfortable.

I didn't like that the last day leaving for check out in the morning your elevator was broke and dropped me and my kids from the second floor that was very scary and traumatized my children. I have no clue why they didn't have out of order on it I told the front desk lady and she said I know someone coming today well then stop letting people ride thank God the door open after it slammed down shaking us we about fell on the ground in it when it hit so hard

The room was quiet. While we were moving luggage, a very expensive camera fell from the luggage cart without my husband noticing. A fellow guest found the camera and gave it to the front desk staff. The staff held the camera and we recovered it the next morning. I was VERY thankful for the honesty of the guest and staff who helped us!

The area around the motel is very commercial/industrial. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was despite the area.

TV in room only worked once over 3 night stay. Couldn't maintain signal. Coffee maker not close to outlet no matter where I moved it, so never was able to use it.

Room was pleasant in appearance and clean. Nice features.

Didn't have a shower curtain which made a mess on the floor and made it slick. Insufficient outlets for plugging in laptop at desk and for charging phones.

When we first got the the lady that check us in was very nice she let us know everything about there hotel and it was great.

Me and my husband was coming back to order tickets for the zoo and the computer was mess up so we ask the lady at front not the one who check us in she was awesome but this lady she going to a I get to when I can rude so me and just went up stairs to our and figure it out.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love that the hotel is pet friendly without charging an outrageous pet fee. This is where we stay rather we are attending events in Omaha or Council Bluffs because we can't beat the rates and the customer service. No complaints whatsoever.

We could get extra towels for our room and it was wonderful to have a fairly decent place to sleep that night and a place to shower.

It took a little while to get the bathroom door unlocked, a previous lodger put toilet tissue in the door stop and the door locked. The clerk didn't have a key but had to call the manager for the key. No one's fault.
