Strawberry Farm B and B

The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed conversation with the hosts as well as with other guests. The room was cozy and clean. They are located outside of the city so you get to enjoy their large back yard with wild turkeys and other birds. They gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants to visit and things to see in town.

Although we don't eat our breakfast there because we are in hurry to catch up with our schedules. The Very kind and very hospitality owners of this house have us some of good food for our travel.

Could have been better if there were elevator or some sort of thing to help in going upstairs or down stairs from steep stairs. We are not recommending for senior or any one have a physical problem to stay or climbing the steep staircase.

The accommodations were charming and comfy, and Mary was welcoming, attentive and helpful. (We even learned a bit about Muscatine and were given a souvenir reminding us of its pearl button manufacturing history.) We arrived early due to stormy weather, and she had no problem with that.

This is VERY picky, but if I had to say something that could be improved... The pastries with our amazing breakfast of spinach quiche, bacon, fruit, juice, tea and water had been refrigerated and were cold. A few seconds in the microwave would have been appreciated (even though we were definitely full without the sweets!)

The hospitality was perfect the other guests was great as well. The breakfast was very well proportioned. If you left the table hungry that was your fault. They gave fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and or bacon. Had coffee orange juice. It was like that I was back to being a kid again living on a farm. My wife enjoyed it very much and she wants to go back to them again very soon.

There was nothing that we didn't like. It was so peaceful and enjoyable. Just keep up the fantastic work

Cute with small town charm and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was amazing with good conversation. Hosts assisted me in getting my car fixed before we headed on our way to our next stop.

Breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Bed very comfortable, room with vintage furnishings.

Closets and drawers should be emptied out so guests can use them. While some nice toiletries are appreciated at an B&B, the old stuff left behind by others should be removed.

WOW! This isn't just a hotel or any bed and breakfast!!! What an experience for a work trip! Strawberry Farms B & B is a little piece of heart filled home with an eclectic touch! This is southern hospitality and comfort- good conversation, always a meal at hand and beverages at best! The WIFI served me well and my bedroom in the blue room was so peaceful and clean! I loved every bit of my stay here- it felt safe and warming. I can't wait to come back some day!

That I had to leave so soon! Oh and a barn with horses!!!! LOL :P

Breakfast was excellent, the room was lovingly decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved that I had my own bathroom. Wifi was excellent and the robe was comfy.

I didn't find an extra blanket in the closet, but I may not have looked hard enough! Honestly everything was fantastic.

Breakfast was great. The hospitality was +. There was shade to park under.

I would prefer locks on the doors. I think the hosts are a little too trusting for this day and age. That makes them delightful and even though there were no problems, as a woman, I would have preferred to be able to lock my door.

They made me feel like family. They included me (and my brother who was staying elsewhere) in their activities when we weren't otherwise occupied.
