Best Western Pearl City Inn

Breakfast was eggs, self-made waffles, toast options, yogurt, biscuits and gravy one day, apples, bananas, etc. Happy Hour on Wednesday with fruit, cheese, chips, hot dogs, etc. when we arrived. Don't know the frequency. Supposedly there were cookies available 24-7, unless I misunderstood., as when they were gone, they did not replenish. Nice, if you are lucky enough to be there when they're available. Facilities pretty basic, whet you'd expect from a chain.

Housekeeping is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Did not fit our schedule. We asked for housekeeping upon arrival and was told we'd have to ask the housekeeping people in the morning. Sad that the desk could not make that request for us so we just took care of ourselves.

Very clean hotel!!! As I was trying to get all my stuff to the car I noticed it smelled like weed inside. All employees were walking the halls trying to figure out what room it was coming from to try and stop people from smoking inside. Which I thought was a good thing even though I do smoke weed myself! The lady walking looking around was extremely professional. Loved my stay and wish I could go back

Close to where I wanted go and staff was helpful and friendly. Also, I actually had hot water for my shower.

Continental breakfast was disappointing. Pancake machine wasn’t working, only one choice of bread for for toast, no plain oatmeal, no regular milk, etc…Also, stains on sheets on bed. I think the sheets were fresh but didn’t look good. I slept on the other side.

The hotel was very clean and the parking was easy access to the front door. Everything was well lit inside and out. Staff was very friendly and answered a few questions that we had with great knowledge. Food was really good.

The pool was down for maintenance but even if it had been running the chlorine smell was overwhelming when you walked into the pool area so we wouldn't have used it either way. I know that we have to be clean and have to have chlorine because of covid by it was very excessive and burned my eyes.

The hotel was comfortable the staff was accommodating.

Had it been hot the stay would have been hot and uncomfortable. The HVAC system in our room cooled, but the fan didn't work. There were MANY pillows on the bed, but they were all the same, overstuffed. Great for lounging, not so great for sleeping.

Hands down the staff at this location was the best. They went well above and beyond what was expected for the price point. I had never stayed at this chain before and was not very much at ease doing so until I meet the staff.

The bathroom in the room I stayed in was in very much need of a remodel. There appeared to be a hole in the tub, so for that reason I did not use it.

You have a fantastic breakfast loved the biscuits and gravy a variety of breakfast item to choose from excellent

It would of been nice to have my family come over and get in the pool with me I didn’t use the pool cause I didn’t want to be alone

The staff was wonderful. The location was easy to get to. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy. Although the towels were changed daily (CoVid rules), they were happy to provide us more with a simple request. We were working outside, so it was nice to have access to fresh towels.

We had just a bit of an issue with spoiled cartons of milk .. but that occasionally happens at home too, so it wasn't a big deal. Just needed better "freshening" up of the longer term food items.

This hotel is extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and always have smiles. We had to stay an extra night and the clerk did a great job helping us to stay in the same room.

A good added bonus everything was great could use a little more fruit

All was ok the location is very central to everything I was doing in fact I could walk to most of the places I needed to go was great just not long enough
