Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Davenport, IA

The property is in excellent condition, very clean and well kept. All of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and very helpful without being overbearing. I will recommend this location to friends and family. The breakfast was outstanding every day. The attendant for the dining area was very thorough at cleaning continuously, while refilling things to be sure all the food was fresh and ready. They had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, toast, bagels, assortment of juices, hot fresh coffee, an assortment of hot tea, breakfast cereal with milk available, and packaged danishes and muffins.

This is the only complaint we had for our entire stay and it was minor. There were only 2 towels in our room. There was no hand towel and there was no wash rag either. I didn't complain to the front desk because we had bought some at Walmart anyway. So if we hadn't resolved it ourselves, I would have asked for more.

Breakfast was just fine. Good coffee.

The $100 deposit for services that they don't even offer. That in addition to paying fully for the room at check-in. And was told that it would take 5 to 7 days before the deposit returned to my card. Waited 20 minutes for someone to appear to check me in after ringing bell several times. This was in afternoon not middle of night. then reception desk person said my credit card rejected and asked for a different one. The original credit went through. Fortunately I was not charged on the second card.

Room was actually comfy, just not up to par in apperances. Bed comfy and clean, hotel quiet and good location.

When 8 arrived, the front desk person wanted to check my room to make sure the ac was working, he opened the door and extended his hand for me to enter my room before him........... i told him he could check it then when he was through, i would enter. Staff not too friendly.

I loved how clean it was and even though there is currently on one housekeeper , everything was on point.

Customer service is awesome all through the day but at night , I’d say after 10pm the recipients was rude and not very informational . I was so used to the friendly staff from day side and evening , it really upset me . My toilet was messed up and the lady told me to come get the plunger , I’m 9mo pregnant with a 9 year old & my husband was at work . it was very inconsiderate. I got the vibe that she didn’t want to be at work both interactions I had with this staff member.

The rooms were set up nicely and it was a perfect stopping place on our long trek home. There was a high school (?) track team that stayed the same night and we appreciated that they opened the breakfast area up early for them so they could be fed before going back on the road. :)

Some areas are really starting to show wear but there wasn't anything that we really didn't like.

the hours and accommodations were so friendly and helpful. staff were so helpful. e we brought a dog and had input from staff were to go and what to do with pup. we were welcomed and looked after. fresh towels every morning. covid prevented a fresh room everyday, but we were cozy and comfy. e we had a disability access room and the shower was wonderful. the pool was down one day, but the staff got it operational quickly. it was a positive experience. beds were awesome!

everything was great.

The breakfast was really good. My kids enjoyed the pool so much it was a little on the cool side but manageable. The beds weren't that comfortable but overall it was a pleasant experience will come back again.

The phone didn't work I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, extra garbage bag. Also no phone in pool area and there wasn't any towels but they restocked it right away.

It is my second trip to Davenport on a cross-country trip. For this stop-over, the hotel was perfect. One thing I will say which prompted me to 'rate' the stay was the exceptional service and kindness of Erica, who checked me in later in the evening and went out of her way to accommodate some additional requests I had upon checking in, like ground floor room and easy access to my car. She was wonderful, friendly, and represents the brand, hotel, and city of Davenport well. Please acknowledge Erica

The inn is cozy welcoming and plain adorable. Felt homey. Loved the designated smoking area. Great way to handle sensitive situations. The location was beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was clean and very comfortable. Favorite hotel ....

Needs some minor cosmetic fixes.

Friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Pool and location.

Would have rated much higher but first floor rooms were never cleaned the whole time we were there. Had to ask every day for clean towels and room to be cleaned. The trash in 1st floor rooms was never taken out. I never saw a cleaning person on the first floor. We booked several rooms. Shower head leaked, drain clogged in shower and bathroom overhead light out in one room. Informed staff about discrepancies. Hope things are fixed for next guests. I must add that the third floor rooms we stayed in were cleaned and the towels replenished.
