Glad they offer breakfast. that is a good value and i generally only stay at a motel that has a free breakfast. The staff at Osceola, IA location was very friendly and yet professional.

Outdoor seating space would be nice. They had a bench outside the front door but a few more seats away from the driveway/parking lot would be ideal.

The hotel is a slightly older but not dated building. The carpets were very clean, the bathroom was small but completely adequate and clean, the beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food, including protein items, and a selection of no-sugar-added jellies and juices. The coffee was the best I’ve had at a hotel and they even had coffee syrups (including sugar free). The pool and hot tub was excellent - clean and comfortable. Also, there is a nice variety of restaurants to choose from right across the parking lot. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was someone smoking right by the front door when I walked into the hotel. The smoke smell was coming into the lobby.

This hotel has a homey feel, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, and spectacular breakfast options. I've never been to a hotel that has good coffee and sugar free options. Bravo!

The bathroom floor grout was a little dirty in a couple of areas, like it had not been really scrubbed after something spilled and dirt was attracted to it.

Room was great. Clean and quite. Everything was very good except the morning breakfast.

The breakfast. No meat or eggs. More of a continental Breakfast than a hot meal thst we had planned on. We left and ate elsewhere.

The young woman who registered us was terrific! The woman who checked us out was equally pleasant.

When making the reservation I didn’t realize there was no elevator. At 80 and 84 stairs are not our favorite things. This obviously aging facility is being kept up well.

Easy access from 35. Lobby is warm & welcoming. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good parking. Room was clean & comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

The highway noise was noticeable. I could hear voices in nearby rooms.

The breakfast items provided were very adequate and gave a variety of choices of packaged items to warm, cereal, a the ability to make waffles. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was excellent coffee.

I was told I couldn't take my service animal into the breakfast area to get my food. I believe this is incorrect.

Clean. Helpful, friendly staff. pool area is nice. Breakfast wasn’t overly fancy with hot eggs or bacon but still pretty decent with lots of choices.

Some noise when the hot tub was used above us. Toilet height was too low! As we get older it is difficult to get that low! Covid made the breakfast substandard, but adequate. Pet fee was the highest we have ever paid! I guess they want to discourage pets.
