Most everything was both esthetically pleasing and comfortable. Anyone booking this should enjoy their stay.
I never met any staff or owners so I don't know whether the following are accurate but 1) I didn't see any sign of a breakfast outside of an area to prepare coffee 2) The property doesn't appear to be easily accessible by the handicapped. All bedrooms were accessible only by one or two somewhat steeper than modern staircases.

I live in Los Angeles but grew up in Sioux City. The Chocolate Mansion experience provided a wonderful space to swim in childhood memories and an enchanting slice of Iowa life for my spouse, who grew up in New York. Yesterday, we entertained my mother, brother and sisters with a barbecue - which provided new loving memories for all. Also, your staff is amazing! Thank you!

need a ceiling fan in the carriage house bedroom as it gets to hot in there and you can’t open a window.
