Hampton Inn Junction City

Everything was great........ Location close to I-70, the room was clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Breakfast was good and varied, the staff member in charge was helpful and attentive. A great stay. After seeing some of the reviews I was a little worried coming in but no problems.

I kind of have to nit-pick to answer this, Stacy left a card saying she had made the room "squeaky clean" and for the most part she was right. The tops of the headboard needed dusting. I would never have noticed but the wife did. :) Other than that the omelets could have been a bit warmer, but were still good.

Lorayne—she is the greatest resource for this location! We stopped en route from Philadelphia to our home in CA, and this was the perfect place to rest after 10 hours on the road. Lorayne understood this, and we greatly appreciated her efforts!

Unfortunately, someone checked in across from us with a dog that started barking early morning but its owner did not register with the front desk. No reflection on the staff but on thoughtless other customer.

Good breakfast. Lots of good choices. Food was prepared well. Very nice dining area. Friendly staff.

We received an email that said we were required to wear a mask in public areas of the motel. When we arrived wearing our masks, no one else, including the staff, was wearing a mask. I asked the desk clerk and she said they didn't require them. We then wondered why this motel did not follow company policy and if that was true in other things they did or didn't do at that location.

Good selection and offerings for breakfast.Liked the fresh fruit and bakery items. Options for vegetarians. Blankets in room. Air conditioning in rooms was great 103 outside! Clean room 😀 comfortable beds.

Warmer eggs for breakfast and was hoping for cranberry juice.

Clean, comfortable and attractive lodging. The staff was excellent with their skills and kindness. The breakfast area was excellent and the food selection was outstanding. All guests seemed comfortable and happy to be staying at the Hampton Inn including families, guests of all ages and even a few delightful pets.

We do not have anything negative to report.

Front desk Staff was courteous with several parties waiting to check in and she was gladly helpful with more than one question. The only problem I encountered was with the men's restroom at entrance. A previous user had a very bad aim urinating. Not sure if he may have had a disability or just careless. I brought this to attention of front desk and believe they addressed problem in a timely fashion.

Bath towels, face clothes, etc. were kinda cheap. Hope you aren't having a problem with them disappearing

Great location for our stay. Excellent staff that cares!

The shower could have been a little cleaner. My husband said the bed was too hard, but it didn’t bother me. The trash cans are too small. The hot water in the shower was a little unpredictable. A little concern about smells in hallways. It was like fragrance added to cover maybe musty smells. Maybe like the carpet should be professionally cleaned.

The most alert and kind front desk staff that we have encountered on this road trip from home in Auburn Alabama to Colorado. Weather was storming, windy, hailing. I had used Bookings and my 72 yr old fingers did't get the date right for our reservation. They straightened everything out and got us into a room. I signed up for Hilton Honors.

The breakfast was good the room was clean and well taken care of I was very impressed

I know it's not the staff's fault and I'm not sure how long it has not worked, but I was looking forward to the hot tub and the heater was broke so I could not use it.

I had Wonderful time in at Hampton, Junction City. Great Panorama from Room 408.

Personal opinion is about, Pets! I would like to find a Hotel without Dogs. Seems like all Hotels at Junction City are Pet Friendly.
