Stayed here last week, and when we found out we needed to come back to Manhattan, booked again. The price is right, the hotel is super clean and well maintained. The shower has amazing pressure, the shower drain actually drains, J.R. Watkins products for people who forget their shampoo and conditioner at home (me), well-appointed rooms, super friendly staff, just a really nice place to stay. Both times we've stayed here, we were in room 401 with our little dog who tends to bark at every new sound she hears, so we expected to spend the entire time keeping her quiet, but our room was so quiet, we only had to shush her twice.
Some highway noise on the parking lot side of the building, but nothing major.

It was a really great stay. I was able to check in early, staff was great, the hotel was beautiful, room was nice, and it was gloriously quiet. (I was traveling with my dog--she's never stayed in a hotel and I was concerned she'd hear a bunch of noise and bark. It was so quiet, she didn't bark at all.) I need to come back to Manhattan next week and have already booked a room at Candlewood Suites.
There was a lot of highway noise in the room we stayed in. For our next visit, we'll request a room on the courtyard side.

Candlewood Suites was the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. They went beyond making sure that I was comfortable, and let me know that as long as my husband was in the hospital I could keep my same room. They even switched me after the first night into a room that had a walk in shower. I am disabled and they couldn't have been more understanding and kind. They are the best!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was some confusion on the rooms we booked but it was handled quickly and fairly. Top notch customer service. I would recommend this place to others and would stay there again myself
