It was off the beaten path but right by the sports complex, so for our visit it was very quiet. Well maintained,, very clean , beautiful breakfast buffet. The pool was so shallow as to be a disappointment but it too was clean and well maintained, nice for travelling with small children but not suitable for a 'few laps'. The gym was really nicely equipped and in pretty good repair.

When we arrived the AC in our room was not working, but Maya came right up to reset it! When that did not work she moved us to the next room and went and got us new keys, all handled very professionally and quickly!

The location was great. It is very spacious and clean.

The breakfast choices were not good. The only cereal was the sugar type hat appeals to children. The fajitas looked awful and there was no vegetarian option. The coffee pot was empty. There was very little fresh fruit and only white bread. I ate the yogurt. I am usually able to find a few healthy choices at a hotel breakfast. That was not the case here. I ended up getting coffee and a banana at a convenience store.

It’s a pretty nice place to stay!! Super recommended

the property was neat and clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. being here for 12 I became very friendly with many of them and they were the best!

I was woken up several times, before 6 am, by what sounded like elephants stomping. IDK if housekeeping gets a start on things this early, but it lasted for about 30 minutes plus. That was a bit obnoxious. Interestingly enough, my flight was cancelled and I am back here now of a couple more days and I am in the room right underneath my first room and heard all kinds of stomping yesterday as well. It was confirmed that my old room is vacant so I don’t know if it the acoustics of the building but being able to hear all of the heavy footed people walking around kind of sucks.

The breakfast was very good with a decent selection of food for breakfast. The location of the dining area was in an easily accessed area near the check in/out desk.

The sliding bathroom door did not close fully, leaving a gap of about 3/4". Also, the cleaning staff needs to be a bit more thorough in cleaning the shower. There were a few random hairs stuck to the shower wall before I or my wife took our showers.

The breakfast buffet was really good. The offerings were plentiful and the staff kept supplies ample for guests. The overall atmosphere was comfortable. Staff was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Never had any problems with noise from neighbors or other guests. Indoor pool was comfortable and clean.

One of the kitchen staff came out and asked a guest if he could pet her dog. Nothing inherently wrong with that, but as a guest, I have no guarantee that the staff member washed their hands thoroughly before returning to work. The showers were...odd. Two thirds of it are shielded with glass, but the rest is completely open - no door or curtain. The shower head was way too high. My wife wasn't able to reach the head to change the showerhead's setting. At 6'0", even I had trouble reaching it. Sliding barn door to the bathroom...very odd choice. I've seen pocket doors at other hotels, and that makes a bit more sense (honestly, I'd love just a standard hinge-and-knob door for once).

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the gym every day and was satisfied with what they had to offer.

The rooms were not soundproof. You can hear people above you and beside you. Usually, this would not be a problem, but we were there during High School Camps, so there were a lot of Kids/Teenagers there.

Very clean, nice bed and pillows.

The Toilet Shower has a sliding barn door that has gaps on both ends that does not allow total privacy. As a dad I would have stay in the opposite side of the bedroom to allow for teen/kids privacy. The shower head was not comfortable for kids as it is tall and you can not reach to adjust the stream of water.

Very good breakfast. Fitness center was well equipped. I really liked the availability of wide, safe walking paths outside the hotel. I hope to come back simply to explore more of the Rock Chalk Park trsails.

No ice bucket in room but front desk replaced without question.

We booked the property couple of weeks prior to our visit. I called at 10pm to tell them we wouldn’t be in before 0100. I was told ok. We get to the property and we’re told they were overbooked. When I asked how that could happen, she replied she didn’t know but that sometimes happens. I asked why I wasn’t told that earlier. very disappointing, I truly hope they didn’t take walk ins prior to us arriving. We were put up in a horrible hotel and it was 15 minutes off our beaten path.

I preferred this property.
