Excellent location, easy access off the freeway. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Even though we didn't use the pool, I thought it was uniquely located (the middle of the hotel indoors). The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the convenience of the business center, since I had a bunch of documents to print out. The room was on the ground floor and very quiet.

Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible. Very musty and moldy smell to it. Even though the AC was running, it was still quite humid. Since we were there for only one night, I didn't complain. Also, I wasn't sure if breakfast was included in the rate or not (my fault for not reconfirming), so we skipped out and just ate elsewhere.

The children attending the reunion enjoyed the pool. The seating area in the lobby was a good place for all the family members to meet and enjoy visiting; as we seldom are able to all get together due to living in several states. The rooms were very comfort and the desk staff very friendly.

Had a family reunion of about 24 people (12 adults and 12 children). We made arrangements to eat in the bar/cafe area with good seating accommodations; but poor food service. The service was extremely slow and we were charged for the water ordered as a beverage. We were seated for 1 hour before our food began arriving at the tables. Several of the orders were not as selected and the total price was over $300.

Everything was sparkling clean, Beds and linens were so comfy, easy to just drift off to sleep! There are enough plugs ins for charging and quiet where our were. Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful!

About midnight 30 my son in law took a shower and it ran the water in the commode bowl over. Sink stopped up while washing hands

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. When it turned out the first room I checked into had malfunctioning A/C, there was no hesitation in giving me a different room, and the staff offered to help me transfer my belongings. The restaurant on-site provided a great burger that they delivered right to my room. After a long day of traveling, this turned out to be the high point of a four-day, cross-country moving trip. Kudos to the staff!!

Staff very friendly and kookies were great but not for the alergit to nut travelers.

The ceilings were a little low not for tall people and the parking lot was a little too dark also building seems dated and needs attention with water spots on ceilings through out.

Staff was very very kind. We just needed breakfast faster because we were trying to get an early start. So, restaurant staff made our breakfast ‘to go’ and that was awesome!! Thank you

They have a great hot tub. The hotel is clean. The staff was friendly.

Pool was a bit cold but kids didn't care. Restraunt is kind of expensive. Rates are a little high.

It's a very nice hotel. The pool looks nice, but we didn't swim.

There was a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear the people next door as if there were in the same room.

We enjoyed our stay. We celebrated a grandsons birthday with family at the inside pool.

The only thing we would say that we could have asked for was that the pool could have been a little warmer we felt like we were in the ice polar swim in January.

Keep breakfast bar open to 10 am a lot of people don’t get early. Keep 6 pillows on the beds five is a odd number. Add a comfortable chair to watch tv in, and add a blanket in the winter time. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel, if I drive back in the spring I’ll stop again.

It had no where to seat in the shower I prefer a tub but didn’t ask so that’s my fault. Loved the makeup mirror great ideal in the bathroom.
