Best Western LSU/Medical Corridor Inn & Suites

The staff were absolutely so wonderful, sweet and kind. I missed the hot breakfast but when I asked if there was anything left over, they actually cooked a breakfast for me. Scrambled eggs and sausage and a lot of it. We really needed the kindness they showed because my husband was in the ICU at Our Lady of the Lake. The kindness the staff showed made all the difference in the world to me.

The elevator was a bit scary. It made a scary noise when going up.

Great value, nice location, friendly staff (mostly. See below). My reservation wasn’t in their system when we arrived, but front desk staff was really nice about taking care of it and making sure we had a room at even a better rate than I originally booked.

Pool door broken and dangerous. Came to breakfast and almost everything was empty and staff didn’t seem to be very happy about refilling it for us, even though there was still an hour left of breakfast time.

The room was nice and the breakfast was really good

some guy walking through the hotel blasting loud music. He was hanging out in front of the hotel and when I walked in to go to my room it seemed like he was following me so I turned around and went to the front desk. When I turned around he turned around too and went the opposite way towards the other end of the hall still blasting loud music.

Good staff ,all the staff was well trained ,the area was a very good area with a nice Chinese restaurant in walking distance and a race right there at the street entrance ,n interstate is right there .

The rooms are being updated and that means some of the rooms could use some updating and the indoor pool was closed and it was nice but closed , the workout room was a bit small and the pork needs to be cooked longer at breakfast , however the breakfast is very important and very helpful and the waffles were very good The elevator makes a loud noise at start up, but that could be a good thing

The staff are super friendly and very accommodating! They were honestly just wonderful. Hotel was very clean room was nice! Only downside was we had to get our cards for our room reprogrammed basically every night. But only took a few seconds and wasn't too much of a hassle staff like I said were super great!

Pool entrance door broken and closed hard and fast. Dangerously close to catching my kids fingers. Asked for extra blanket for the couch bed and was just given another sheet. An actual blanket would have been nice.

The staff is outstanding; especially the young lady who worked the front desk.

Elevators were not working. There was, however, a very nice note of apology and I was only on the second floor so this was not a big concern.

Matt and Michelle were the managers that we met. They were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good. Room service was good.

Fruit flies.. everywhere. There is some construction going on as well.

Good location. Check in and check out was good and the desk clerk was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Room smelled musty. Bathroom was very small for two people. Bathtub drained very slow causing standing water. No knobs on the closet door.

Location , Breakfast is a plus, easy check in.

The room I was in had no running water to bathroom sink, but I was given another room and the air didn't work to well. I am sure it will be attended to .
