The breakfast was good. The room was excellent

We got there a little late. The room we booked on booking. com was given to someone else. We requested a disability room with a walk in shower. The only reason that we ended with the disability room. Was another person let us have his room with a walk in shower. The person at the front desk did not help us at all. She was going to give us regular room. I also had a email showing that we had the disability room with a walk in shower. We showed the person at the front desk. She could have cared less

I loved the professionalism of the staff. They were always willing to assist. We felt really comfortable and welcomed upon our arrival and throughout our stay. I loved seeing upper management and staff always collaborating and visible in a positive way.

My suggestion would be to add fresh fruit and milk varieties to the breakfast menu. Some people like almond milk, soy milk, etc. and I think having an option would make everyone feel included.

I loved the facility. The gym had a wide variety of equipment to get in a nice workout. I enjoyed the included breakfast options. The downstairs space is comfortable and welcoming, we played Jenga and pool. I like that there were lockers to charge your phone, a water refilling station and a pool towel locker. Free coffee and tea is always a nice perk. My daughter loved the TRU panda in the lobby. Best park was the body wash, shampoo, conditioner , hand soap and lotion in the room. I didn't need to use my own products.

The pancake machine broke during our stay. The pool area needs an over head cover, it was so hot in the patio area. I wish I had known that multiple day stays didn't get room service. I wish that would have a least knocked on the door and asked if we needed something.

Breakfast was ok, could have been better in my opinion. But it was free, and you did have plenty of options to eat. This was a good selling point for staying here, but it wasn't my total reason for being here. We were close to the LSU campus for our daughter's graduation, and the location was perfect for the occasion. Made it much easier to get there in a short period of time.

Breakfast was my only thing, but it was ok. Nothing to brag about but it was enough for what we needed. Coffee needs to be a better improvement, because it wasn't fresh. This needs to be improved, and doing better with the breakfast as a whole.

It was awesome, The staff answered any questions we had, were attentive to any need and were super friendly. The self service beer stand was great as well. The pool was also a perk.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I would say was I wish the pool was vacuumed as some dust from the clothes dryer vents would get into the water. Other than that it was great.

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Bed was comfortable. I loved the tile floors in the room. AC was set low before arrival (first thing I do after check in) for one of the cheapest hotels in the area I could not have asked for better. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was more than I expected. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.

Jf i had to completely nitpick the shower could use recaulking to look cleaner but honestly the caulk in my bathroom looks worse.

The staff were constantly cleaning the facility which I appreciated seeing. The front end staff were very nice and greeted me immediately. The cleaning staff were also nice with their greetings.

Although the staff was constantly cleaning, the process of cleaning was a bit messy in the hallways. Thinks like linens and the material used to clean were thrown and/or placed in the hallway making it look disorderly. The cleaning staff were sometimes a bit loud in the hallway disrupting the quietness.

Stayed for just one night and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the amenities, such as the gym, lobby area with ample seating, hot tea/coffee bar, and pool.

The breakfast didn't have many vegetarian-friendly options. For instance, only dairy milk was available and the eggs served had ham in them. More options for more diet types would be welcome!

Arrived to an awesome location surrounded by restaurants and activities not too far. The hotel has a pool, fitness center, & pool table along w other activities to enjoy including many charging stations. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and efficient. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Remember they are pet friendly.

The room came with a mini-fridge, but no microwave. Check in was friendly and efficient. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast had several good options, and coffee was available in the lobby all day. The pool, although small, was kept very clean, and there was lots of seating nearby. We appreciated the pool table in the lobby too.

I prefer to have DIY coffee & Tea service in room. Also wished we had a microwave.
