Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Hammond

I liked the accommodations and location. I had my pet and the area where I walked her was right across from my room. I plan to use this hotel each time I travel to Hammond, which is about once a month. The room seemed to be secure and sound proof as I heard nothing after retiring.

There was nothing I didn't like about the room. The only thing I could say is that I didn't like was that I only had one night to stay there. Oh, the water temperature could have been a little hotter but that is my personal preference.

The moment we walked into the room, we knew it were cleaned. How? You can smell the bleach. That instant made us feel comfortable. The beds were soft. We loved they also had built-in lotion, shower gels, shampoo, and conditioners. The staff were really friendly.

Breakfast isn't included, but you do have restaurants really close.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and the area was very convenient for us to jump right back onto the Interstate. Close to eateries and fuel.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. The decor was a little dated but still very comfortable and clean. Definitely would recommend this place!

The young lady who was working at Chek in sat in the couch while I continued to tap on glass and say hello and tapped my card on the metal tray under glass window. The cameras willl show and verify i had to walk out and stand so she could see me front the window in front of the big lobby...the gentlemen this am was extremely nice and there qt the counter already ready to help

I was surprised to find out upon arrival that Red Roof Plus was not the same as Red Roof Inns, which we stay in regularly with great satisfaction. This hotel appears to have been another chain at one point that switched their branding to Red Roof. Same company, just not quite the same look and feel we are used to. Not bad, just different.

the property was clean and the staff was amazing. they even mailed my blanket back to me that I had forgotten in our room. the clerk that checked us in was the sweetest young lady

the location was a little sketchy but we came out to a whole car that wasn’t jacked overnight

There was no breakfast offered at this location. Staff was helpful and the room was clean. The beds were a little hard for us, but that is a matter of personal preference. We were satisfied with this stay.

Beds could be a little softer. Breakfast would be an awesome addition.

Just the prices fluctuating meaning getting more expensive as each day pass everyday was a different price

Generally, the facility was very nice and the room was comfortable except for problems with the bed.

Our main problem was with the bed. It was too high and too soft for folks with limited mobility (and this was a handicapped access room). I had a very hard time getting into bed due to knee issues.

When I got there, they said I had two rooms booked for reservation. I had a conformation that I showed that clearly stated that i had 1 room. for 2 nights. Some how I was over booked and it was no fault of mine. Made reservation over 2 weeks in advance and asked for ground floor. Did not happen. looked confused when i mentioned it
