Comfort Inn & Suites Covington - Mandeville

it's the convenience of the location there in Covington because there is everything you need around the hotel. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The WI-FI was great too since I brought my xbox to play on at night.

There was a family staying above my room and the kids were running around at all hours through the night. I can't blame that on the hotel, just bad guests. The elevator seemed dodgy but I'm sure with some maintenance that can be fixed.

Great check-in staff. Convenient, quiet location with safe parking with good lighting. Close to restaurants.

Breakfast was minimal but good. Hotel(s) have been hiding under the umbrella of "C19" for way too long! Using it as an excuse for everything from reduced housekeeping to no more hot breakfasts. I hate that they have for too long advertised free hot breakfast but is not offered. False advertising? Also, I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is starting to get a little frayed around the edges. Almost time for a good scrubbing and update!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was included with hot eggs and sausage, waffle maker, cold cereal, pastries and fruit. Outdoor pool looked to be on the smaller side but did appear clean.

The room smelled like pine-sol. Bed was a little firm for our liking but that is personal preference. There are no vending machines on the property so be sure to bring snacks and drinks.

Very clean. The housekeeping was a little strange. They only came every 3rd day unless you requested otherwise. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

. The pool was dirty. The vending machines were drinks only. You could get snacks from the the desk but they were very expensive.

The manager Gwen was very helpful and kind. The front desk associates were very helpful as well. The kitchen lady went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and had what I needed. My overall experience was Excellent and will be booking again today! Its a monthly getaway now!

Door lock was sticking had to notify them to get maintenance to fix. Outside handle not fully bringing the lock into the door. Otherwise someone was going to tear up the door trying to get in and out.

I like very much this chain of hotels because of the size of the room, the comfortable beds, the spacious bathroom and overall how clean they always are.

I asked for an extra blanket and the gentleman who I spoke to mention he was going to get it from the laundry room, but 1 hr later nothing happened. Since I had to wake up early next day and it was already late, I preferred get my own one from my vehicle and not discuss with the irresponsible staff.

Had good location with places to dine in or take out within walking distance.

No transport truck parking and parking lot was full most of the day and night it was empty

the bed was hard, not what we expected, but we drove for 12 hours straight, so at that point, we didn’t care, we were just happy to lay down & stretch out
