Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pineville, LA

MASON, the desk clerk. I had to add an additional day to my reservation.The adjustment was made by phone. Mason was more than helpful in accommodating me. He was courteous, patient, helpful, and expressed genuine concern for my situation. Check-in was stress free. Customer service has become a thing of the pass. I was NOT charged additional fees!! Communication before and during stay was very good. The facility was clean and well maintained. I always stay in this area because of the convenience of the location. After a not so pleasant experience at another hotel ( I had to get dressed for a memorial service in my car because I was too early , and I used that hotel regularly) I was told if I check in 1 hour early I had to pay an additional fee) I made the decision to pay the difference and book another hotel on my return. . It was the BEST decision ever.. peaceful environment, clean, spacious room ( husband disabled), Great customer service. Thank you, Mason and staff, for making us so comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike. Parking was different but still accommodating.

The facility was pretty well maintained and clean. My room was cleaned and organized after my first night, which was a surprise because housekeeping usually comes after your second or third night.

The hot breakfast was average. The first morning honestly wasn’t that great, so I resorted to hard boiled eggs and toast. Second morning was better with scrambled eggs. I’m a picky eater and they didn’t have many healthy options, so I was a little disappointed there, but that is somewhat self inflicted.

The breakfast is great for the person without dietary restrictions. Awesome selection and satisfy all hungers! The seating was extremely nice and a lot of space and pleasant atmosphere. The fruit bowl serving was great with the mixture of pineapple, grapes, etc.

The gravy for the Biscuits needed to be thicker - too soupy. Not many options for a person with dietary restrictions - would have been nice to have a crockpot hot with oatmeal and condiments to accompany. The room had a toilet that was leaky and made noise. The AC even when turned off sounded like the wind & rain. Reported when we checked out. Room was clean - outdated - very dark and the carpets need to be removed as they were badly stained.

Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Nice size room. We just stayed over night, slept too late for the free breakfast.

Our handicapped daughter fell, going into the hotel, when we got there. The female at the desk came out the door, looked out and saw our daughter on the ground and didn''t even ask if we needed help, or if she was okay, or anything. Once we got her up and went inside to register, there was another female at the desk and we told her that she had fell and all she said was, "oh no". So no one that worked at Country Inn and Suites cared our daughter was injured on the hotel property.

The hotel was clean and it accommodated our needs for a one night stay. The breakfast was OK for the average traveler but we are constantly hoping the hotels that offer breakfast will stop serving powdered based eggs and add non-pork meat options for the zillions of travelers who do not eat pork.

It was very close to our church camp grounds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again! Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was super good as well!

There was some type of tent set up in the back parking lot and they were playing super loud music in the morning a couple days. that’s really the only thing negative.

relatively new hotel, spacious, with nice but simple pool

quite unhelpful in helping resolving a problem for us, which was getting a taxi from our car rental drop off location to the airport. very little willingness to go the extra mile and help us out, but we resolved it ourselves.

Location was near our family. The room was clean, we did find a spider, but this is Louisiana. The breakfast was good.

The place smelled a very little of cleaning chemicals and that bothered my hyper sensitive wife. But that’s better than having a smelly place.

This was our 2nd time to stay here. It's always quiet the staff is friendly the beds are comfortable the breakfast buffet is better than most and the room is larger than.most. I give it a 10.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work.

One of the breakfast staff members was having a bad day. She slammed open a food warmer door right next to me, had a scowl on her face the whole time and was heard in the dining room arguing in the kitchen with some one. She made eating uncomfortable.
