The facility was conveniently located, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I the billing practices were very confusing. At time of check-in, they processed a credit card hold for the amount of my rate as booked through Booking.com $545.44 plus $20 per day reserved for incidentals from their small snack store at the front desk, total of $610. At time of checkout they charged another total hold of $570. When I called, they couldn’t really explain why there were two charges, and I had a credit for the incidentals should be processed. It took several days for the correct charge of $545.44 to actually process on my account. The original hold of $670 is still on my account. Their practice of automatically putting a hold for additional incidentals just for their tiny snack bar is unnecessary and I would not stay there again because of that.

Location was excellent for our trip to the Ripken Fields for the baseball tournament, hotel is close to several amenities, but tucked away as to have a relatively quiet setting. We were able to walk to several dining establishments, and enjoyed the cuisine at each one. We had planned to walk to the fields, but the drizzling rain persuaded us to drive the one and one-half miles.

The bed and pillows were too soft, which meant I did not sleep well and woke with a sore back. I'm sure many people really enjoy the "plush" feel, but personally would have preferred a more firm mattress. Scrambled eggs cooled rather quickly, might find a way to keep them warmer in the dish. Bacon was either a processed meat that crumbled easily or extremely overcooked, but not burnt. There was a very nice selection/variety for any appetite, which was great, although no bananas, a staple for breakfast.

Very clean. Staff very nice friendly helpful and accommodating. Spacious king room with microwave, refrigerator and keuric coffee maker, large shower, very large wall TV, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast area !! Nice lobby aeea! Didn't see or use fitness area so can't comment on that. Convenient to Havre de Grace.

Husband liked the pillows but they were a little soft for me. I could have asked for additional ones and they would have been able to accommodate. So not really an issue

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has been improved since the last time I stayed here. Bed was comfortable enough. Lots of power outlets for charging phone/computer etc. Bathroom in room is nice too. WiFi seems to work well.

The air conditioner unit is very noisy. I have been in a couple of rooms there and they all seem to be the same in this regard. I actually had to shut it off at night so I could sleep. Also occasionally the TV service would go out.

Breakfast was good, not great, but it was the same old routine items. Hotel was very clean and up to date.

No nightlight in the room. Would like the breakfast to have some different items.

Clean and comfortable for families.

I booked and paid through booking and was charged again at the hotel. The staff helped me after I checked out and I received my money back within 3 days.

Great overnight stay…better than Hyatt/ LaQuinta I stayed at before…staff especially Very professional and , helpful…very clean,

was not able to stay as my bank account was hacked & had no funds. staff was extremely understanding and helpful. Lobby clean, front desk staff couldn’t be more understanding to our issue.

the hotel was clean, never disappointed with Marriott properties. kids loved the breakfast during our stay. I loved the distance to the stadium, super convenient.

pool area could be bigger.

This property is conveniently located near several restaurants and stores. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when scheduling pool and gym time. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping was friendly, too.

No complaints.
