Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bel Air/Aberdeen, MD

The front desk staff on all the shifts are great! This is our 3rd stay here of at least a week at a time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. The breakfast is good. They have a mix of hot and cold foods to satisfy most people's tastes. We request a handicapped room due to my husband's health and they have been very accommodating. We will continue to stay here whenever we come to visit our daughter who lives nearby.

The bed is ok but not the best I've slept in. Since my husband has special medical needs, an ottoman for his feet and legs would be helpful. If driving we can bring something but when we fly, we are unable to do that.

The location of hotel was good. The space in the hotel room. There with grandson for baseball gaes. There were several rooms the teeam had. great hotel!

When checking in the person at front desk not friendly at all. i reserved one room when team first told us about game. Cancelled the room found at cheaper price at the same hotel. When husband went to chek in she state the room was cancelled. Which was true for the first room. --But did not look to check if another room reserved. The tone & body lanuage was the problem!!! I asked her to look again under the same name!! She found the 2 reservation. The tone and attitude of front desk was not good!! (Enita)-- When checking out great service from different person at front desk!! Ms Enita please read the SERVANT LEADER. BY James Hunter ....it's a gread book for someone who works in customer services. Thanks.

Breakfast was outstanding. Not only did it have eggs and sausage, but it also offered yogurt, fruit, and cereal for those who are dieting (my wife). Coffee was hot! The staff kept filling the items when they ran low.

In the future you could offer some fresh Cheese Danish or powdered donuts...but I was still pleased. I was however somewhat disappointed with the toaster. It took forever to toast my English Muffin and my eggs were getting cold!

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast offered both cold and hot options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only property to fulfill the extra towels request! The room was modern, with usb in the headboard along with normal plus. Appliances hidden away was a nice touch. Reasonably clean! Loved the text message check in/check out communications!

Shower/bathroom needs updated significantly. Tile floors need deep cleaning. Unidentified stain on the sheets. was a bit over priced compared to comparable accommodations in the area.

Location was easily accessible and the room was bright, clean, comfortable and accessible. Location was quiet. Staff were available and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Very convenient services like laundry and mini library, nice touch. Parking was convenient and retailers and restaurants within walking distance.

Location of property is convenient to other amenities in the area if you need to get anything last minute.

Toilets are loud when flushed, especially at night when everyone is asleep. The front door of the rooms, have wide open gaps at the bottom that help bring in the noise from other guests in the hallways as well as light at night..

Relatively good location for reaching downtown Baltimore. Have stayed at this facility in the past and it is within easy distance to restaurants and shopping.

Had appointment early morning in Baltimore, it takes about 45 minmutes to drive but is relativly easy drive avoiding US Route 40 most of the way.

The location was very close to shopping areas, they provided us with free water. The staff was happy & kind.

This is not my first stay at this location, I reserved the Bridal suite before & I was highly disappointed & dissatisfied with regards to the price of the room. It was extremely expensive & very small. The room I reserved was a King- non smoking. This cost me over $250.00 for one night, but when I got the bridal suite it was approximately 300.00 for 2 days. The room is very small. It’s only equip to handle 2 adults. I was charged additional money for a roll away bed The price point was not worth it. It’s just way to expensive.
