loved the bed and pillows. The staff were so professional and courteous.

The cost of the breakfast bar should be posted. 44.00 for the breakfast is way too much!

far away from downtown. nothing really near. breakfast and food was expensive. I was told with my booking I had breakfast included but the hotel only gave me a $20 credit to use. the breakfast gif one person was 25.00! beer was 6.00 a bottle. just a bit expensive.

prices of breakfast and drinks. only $20.00 credit did not cover one. real fast for one person. I picked breakfast included but it was not through booking.con. that should be clear that it’s only a $20.00 credit not breakfast included.

Hotel and room were current, clean, spacious and well worth the value. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what I can considered value hotel when just needing a place for a night or two.

Only downside was the breakfast, limited and lacking...basically some scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Shocked they did not include bacon as part of the breakfast.

Bed, bathroom and room were cleaned. The hotel appeared cleaned, the pool appear cleaned, mask were worn by everyone. The restaurant crab dish was sumptuous!! and the drink also.

When i arrived at front desk, I was switched from my visa card to capital one. I was told that i would get my refund to my visa card within 3-5 business day. However, after 5 days i did not received it. I had to called the hotel 5 times. continuously explaining over and over what happened. At one point. The lady told me, that i would not be getting back any refund to my visa card. I informed her that the night before the front desk manager told me i would and that he had send an email to account department, and account dept will reach out to me. I told her i was only calling because no one from account department has email me or call yet. Long story short, it took almost 2 weeks to get back my refund to the visa card. The bathroom door was very difficult to closed.

Staff were amazing each and everyone of them.beds super comfortable, lovely pool area

Hot water hit or miss , shuttle only runs twice in the morning 7.30 and 9.30 and twice in the evening , metro station a good 20 minutes walk or uber but you will wait a long time

The room was nice, and the housekeeping was great.

the coffee maker was missing a part so I was unable to use it, but the coffee from Cooper's Mill was wonderful so i guess it's not really a complaint. Also the faucet knob leaked.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff. Location was pretty easy to get in and out of, with shops and restaurants fairly close. Interior decoration is nice and modern. It was easy to connect my own devices to the TV. There were plenty of places to plug in. Free Wi-Fi. Wasn't charged for parking.

The top of the shelving unit was a bit dusty. Some out-of-sight areas were not well cleaned (under the shelves between the beds). At times, it took a few minutes for hot water to make it to the tap. The restaurant inside this hotel was a bit on the pricey side.

I liked the staff, the few I spoke with were very helpful. We also had dessert in the room one night, and it was very good! The gym was also very clean. I liked that everyone was wearing masks as well!

The coffee maker and phone were both broken in the room. The outdoor pool wasn't cleaned of dead bugs the one day we swam - it was around noon. I also don't like it when hotels charge extra for guest parking. They didn't used to, but now you pay nightly for parking. I even noticed that they poorly repainted the lines to make spaces smaller to fit more cars... There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom the entire time we were there, sometimes it was barely noticeable, but other times it was pretty awful.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The lighting was perfect. I enjoyed the view from my window, the pool, and the gym. The staff was excellent, friendly, kind, knowledgable, helpful, and respectful.

Did not like to have to leave so soon. You need to have more items for sale, for example, if a person forgets their toothpaste and other toiletries, mind you I had more than enough but others would have benefited. Souvenir is another thing that you should have on-site.

It's a great place to stay! They got my family & I two rooms next to each other, no small feat considering there was a few HUGE out-of-state groups staying there. It's my favorite place to stay when visiting my hometown Silver Spring.
