Breakfast was decent. The suite was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great location, close to free public parking garage, shopping, NIH.
The gym smelled like mold and mildew. Couldn't stay there to work out. In the room as we came in something smelled like sewage: dishwasher? garbage disposer? That needs to get fixed. Only one elevator was working for the whole building all weekend. Also at night some people were yelling obscenities on the street and it could be hard up to the 11th floor where we were.

Breakfast is not great. Had it once and that was it! Windows, balconies and exterior spaces could be cleaned out. That were really dirty and exterior garden spaces not well maintained. Maybe they are a bit underfunded. Rooms were clean though.

Very comfortable beds. Nice and clean. Helpful, friendly service, especially valets and breakfast staff. Great included breakfast: High quality yogurt, nice oatmeal toppings, delicious jalapeno egg souffles, good coffee.
One of 2 elevators out of order, making some rides very slow and crowded.

The breakfast is average! I guess it is because the main breakfast lobby was not open due to COVID.
The receptionist put us on the pet friendly floor. The guest nest door had a barking dog and it was uncomfortable at some point

the breakfast was a very good selection and for those who are vegetarians, very convenient location to restaurants and the metro for ease of transportation, nice rooms with the small kitchenette that allowed for some down time.

The breakfast was a grab and go due to Covid, however I think they could have had a better variety of items to choose from. The room was very spacious, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was big and had plenty of water pressure.
