comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air, amenities (fitness room, good quality soap and shampoo). restaurant in hotel offered nutritious options cooked to order with excellent service, including restaurant recommendations.

I wish there were more awning over the side door, as I did get rather wet trying to balance the key card umbrella and computer bag.

The hotel was very clean and that’s the biggest plus! Beds were very comfortable. Staff members were friendly!

The pool was absolutely freezing! Even the kids didn’t care about swimming in it again after the first time. That was disappointing. The pull out couch was terrible, as all you could feel/see were the springs.

Cleanliness, quiet, staff were awesome. Like the layout of the hotel. I would highly recommend it. I've been living in hotels for a bit due to work on my house. So I live not to far away. I stayed at several places that I just wasn't satisfied with. Then I found this place and wish I had from the very start.

That I didn't find this place sooner.

I wish they served a free breakfast in the mornings like a cafeteria type deal- they build your plate for you and then you eat. I was shocked that the breakfast options they had were pricey for just being avocado toast or oatmeal etc. Good news is, Panera is just across the parking lot! Bacon, egg, and cheese here I come. However I 100% enjoyed my stay but if I had to say ANYTHING negative it would be the “breakfast” is over priced and underwhelming

The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip (visiting family). The staff i interfaced with was excellent. Especially Kim who checked me in the first night.

This was my first time traveling since the onset of COVID so not to have clean towels and my bed not made was “different” than my prior travel experiences.

I just enjoyed being at peace and obtaining much needed rest from my stressful job. The location was excellent, some many things to do within walking distance.

There was not really anything that I disliked about my stay. I achieved exactly what I needed for self-care.

The room was comfortable. Check-in was incredibly easy. I forgot something in the closet and the staff had it shipped next day across the state for a surprisingly low rate.

The sofa could use more pillows, as it's impossible to sit back entirely without 2 pillows per person. A twin bed is not included in the one bedroom suite as advertised on this site. The king bed is not truly a king bed as it is smaller than our king bed we have at home.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for a particular location of the room due to medical issues

Had to go get extra towels. Beds not made. Trash not picked up.

breakfast was perfect. staff was great. atmosphere was excellent. The room was clean. Staff was attentive. We had a lovely breakfast and were well taken care of. I would recommend this facility. enjoy!

internet was a little spotty until I bought the internet package for 5 dollars a day.
