Polite and helpful staffs. Specially the waitress at the restaurant serving the breakfast was extremely polite and very helpful .
Room had a very bad order, when I mentioned to the receptionist he said that the order is coming from the carpet that got washed prior to our visit. He was very apologetic and even offered to give me free drink from the fridge for the inconvenience

Would like it better with an outdoor pool at about 30 bucks cheaper a night would also be nice or if you stay more than one night a group night discount would also be nice

The location was perfect - right off of the highway - and easy to get to. We were very pleased that our request for an early check-in time was approved. The few times that I contacted the Hilton Garden Inn, a courteous staff member responded. Also, the staff members on duty were pleasant and helpful.

Once in the right room, the stay was good.
The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned by the House staff . The seal was on the room. Looks like a lack of communication between the House Staff and Front Desk. The second room assigned was fine. The Front Desk Staff was very helpful.

During these unfortunate times I would have to say everyone excited my expectations on the procedures they took to insure a safe stay. I was along with my family extremely pleased. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. I have never been this pleased with a stay in a while. Thank u for a wonderful stay.

I liked the hotel's lobby. It has a fireplace, comfortable sitting area, and it is well-lit.
They could offer a complimentary breakfast. Nobody was in the breakfast area and all the food probably went to waste. I did not eat it because I would have to pay for it.

The room was beautiful, and the king bed was so comfortable. The staff was nice and made the check in process easy.
The pillows were not good at all, and the paid breakfast was a grab and go bag of cold products, not a full service/full breakfast which would have been nice to know beforehand.

It was good. I didn’t think we would get one, because of Covid, and was pleasantly surprised when we did!
Our room could have been a little cleaner. Found amber-colored sticky stuff on drapes and in the bathroom. Toilet kept trying to fill all night.
