My sisters and I stayed here for three nights to visit family in Marquette. We were pleasantly shocked at the size of the room, of the cleanliness (OK, except for that one carpet stain...), and the location. The room was huge! We had two queen beds but could have easily brought along a queen size inflatable mattress and there would still have been plenty of room for all of us! The bathroom was also large and clean. We spent each morning on one of the outside decks to have coffee. It was wonderful! The outside spaces were pretty unique to any motel we have stayed at over the years. We could have grilled if we wanted or drank adult beverages around a fire pit. The staff was outstanding, very accommodating, and welcoming. We had no complaints. A great place to stay!

This is a reliably good place to stay. The new check in system was neat, I have never seen that before. It was quick and easy and explained very well going into it.

Facilities are a bit dated, but they're well cared for. I don't come here expecting the fanciest stuff. This place is safe and comfortable enough, and the people are always nice.

The size of the room is amazing. Having the recliners were great. It is nice having a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

The size of the TV for the room was small. The faucet for the shower was hard to adjust to a good temperature. The tub needed to be cleaned.

I have never stayed at a travel lodge-style hotel before. We LOVED it. Our room was on the first floor in the back, had 2 queen-size beds, and was HUGE. The decor is a little dated, but it didn't bother us. The room was quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors and felt overall very safe. The Brentwood offers awesome outdoor sitting areas with fire pits, wrought iron patio tables with umbrellas (like you would have at home). The issues that existed in the room are the very same issues that exist in ALL hotel rooms everywhere. The air conditioner was a bit loud. However, I'm currently staying in a room at another hotel, paying twice the amount and the air conditioner is acting up. This is a tad random but something we actually loved and never previously ever thought about was the convenience of being able to drive up to our room! Where we are staying tonight we have to walk through the hotel and down the long hallways with all our stuff to get to our room. That's a small thing, that makes a difference when you are tired and have lots of things to carry. Overall, we LOVED our stay. The value was amazing. We have already recommended the Brentwood Motor Lodge to friends traveling to Marquette next week.

The location is great for what we needed. The room was very large, better than expected. The beds were comfortable. Great lighting in the room and bathroom.

We were supposed to have a breakfast with our stay, but they said there was no staff to open the lobby for breakfast. The carpet in our room had some stains.

Loved the outdoor areas. There were areas set up for grilling with a large gas grill. There were areas for outdoor dining and best of all were the areas set up for camp fires, complete with wood and chairs! Each area was made with cement pavers and seating. It was obvious they had sprayed for mosquitoes because none of us were bothered by them. We used the outdoor area each night we were there. We had a campfire and made s’mores!

We had a wonderfully large room with two double beds, sofa, and two recliner chairs. Very spacious and super clean. Two staff members when we check in and returned the next day we’re friendly and helpful. Fresh, hot coffee was available in the lobby all day. Continental breakfast was pastries, fruit, juices, and coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Coffee maker in the room may have been slightly more convenient, but coffee from the lobby was delicious.

Good location; exceptional staff service.

Should not advertise breakfast included. Stayed 4 nights only once was there bananas. A few inexpensive bars and the weakest coffee in the UP. You have two coffee makers; one should be for dark roast.

Carpet in room and common stairwell needed cleaning. I did not receive a confirmation of my checkout. Checkin/out is virtual using texts & emails. There were no employees to interact with.

Convenient location as a stopover, smelled just fine, bed and pillows comfy, nice outdoor space for those of us tired of the car. Furniture etc dated

Great overnite but not a destination. Only not fast food we found was a great Mexican joint within .5 miles
