The room was clean and didn't have an odor. And the price was great. There were enough space to park. And there were enough hot water to take a shower/bath.
The front deck desk clerk could've been a little kinder. Traveling from Chicago, can be exhausting. It would've been nice to see at least a warm smile. Need a little more lightning. And the parking lot need to be repaved.

That I got charged with a smoking fee and I didn't or Don't smoke and never have and Rooms already got a smoke smell when you turn on heat/air but to falsely accuse me of smoking and take my money was so wrong on all levels. I put up an argument about it. Because Im a very honest person and if did do such thing I wouldn't lie about I would own up to it and take my charge💯 and he wasn't tryna hear me he continued to blame me with a picture he took from another room or he put it there himself cause for FACTS I DIDN'T SMOKE. but from that day forward I will be taking pictures when I enter and exit the rooms he won't falsely accused me a second time..I want my $300 BACK!!!!! Im from The U.S. don't know why it says Mongolia? Other than that situation the hotel waa cool

I like the feeling of the rooms, I am simple from up north and it was just my style with a price I could handle. I also really liked having my own entrance door.

Friendly staff, everything was clean and all current safety standards were in place (mask, safety guards, social distance..) The room was modern and up-to-date, very comfortable, safe and secure.
