Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis - Saint Louis Park at West End

The size and layout of the room was great and suitable for my needs. It was a well equipped for a Bed a Breakfast facility. The breakfast was great and the muffins were fantastic. The response was quick although staff were few and over stretched.

The hotel was understaffed but the few staff who were there did an excellent job. MS Chevy handled the check-in very well under pressure hats off to her.

We very much enjoyed the location. Walkable to a variety of places. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay!

The only drawback was that the did not have coffee all day as many other hotels do. This is obviously not a big deal at all but it would have been the cherry on top!

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. The suite was comfortable, spacious and clean.

Few staff members were opting to wear masks. As it happened, the most attentive and professional staff member was also the one wearing a mask every shift he was there.

The breakfast was the best free breakfast we have had at a hotel. Excellent selections and all tasty! The staff was very friendly.

Our bathtub was very slow to drain. By the end of a shower there was 4 inches of water in tub.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful, and helped me resolve a booking.com mistake that resulted in a charge for an extra day which I changed on line through the booking.com site.

The only issue we had was the heating system in the room was very very loud. I’m sure it was broken.

breakfast was satisfactory-a bag breakfast. location was easy to find. service was excellent and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. accommodations were wonderful; we stayed in a suite. I would highly recommend this establishment

better lighting in their courtyard area. I couldn't see where to place my key card to get back in; I had to wait for someone to come out so I could re-enter. better selection in their pantry area for customer purchase (i.e., a lunch type item like a soup or something similar)

Very quiet and next to several restaurants and stores.

My credit card was charged twice and I'm still waiting on the refund. Its already been 1 week.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and welcoming.

There wasn’t a hot breakfast. Selection was kinda poor but i guess you can’t do much with covid around. Also my room keys stopped working. We had to walk around in the snow storm with my toddlers to the front, call the front desk because no one was there to see us waving to get in, and get replacement keys.

the rooms beds and facilities were excellent . the front desk staff were trembly polite especially Khadra and the manager who allowed us to store the bags waiting for our flight

Extremely accommodating staff; room layout was far better than the Edina location; however the price was alot higher than Edina, with far less local amenities such as shopping, dining, etc.
