The attitude of the day front desk lady day of departure was condescending. I was checking out with a patient and had to load car 4 trips forgot key went to desk and she wanted my license which was in my room. Then she argued with me about the rules. I told her my patient was up in the room and she could come with me. Again attitude will not stay here ever again because of her. Train your staff better customer service!!!!

Clean, well kept, fantastic and pleasant staff, great location

If I HAD to put something the pool seemed “small” for size of facility and with the chairs around the side it was hard to walk around safely with toddlers BUT I would say as this in only a mention as the pool itself was beautiful, clean, functional, well stocked with towels :)

The suite met every one of our needs and then some. Biggest thing was the comfort of the furnishings. Even the sofa bed was deemed perfectly comfortable. And if you have ever slept on a sofa bed, you know how comfortable most of them aren't. More than that was the service provided by the customer associate at the front desk. Her warmth and willingness to help exceeded our expectations in every way. We also made use of the guest grill near the pool, which is a huge bonus for my family.

Pool was smaller than we anticipated. We had to ask at the front desk for bedding, and extra towels, however this was put down as being an issue related to covid, and not a lack of desire to provide the amenities.

Nice suite layout which included a full kitchen where we could prepare our meals, as i had just had outpatient eye surgery and didn't want to have to go to restaurants. Also, a fantastic breakfast provided with many options, including gluten- free muffins. Very friendly and welcoming breakfast hostess - she made it a real treat to be there.

the front desk staff was great! at check out the person asked about our son’s move (that was the reason for our stay) and the check in person must have put a not in the system when we were chatting. that was a great sign of their attentiveness and customer focus!

One Marriott employee,Kate Severson, went out of her way and should be commended. After checking in, with some room to spare in my calendar, I went for a walk in the neighborhood. Long story short, I got lost and the gps on my phone wasn't working without wifi. Several sets of verbal directions from merchants and passers by didn't solve the problem. I called the hotel front desk twice and Kate stayed on the phone and "walked" me through the directions while I made my way back to the hotel. She really did save the day!

The room is a comfortable size and is laid out well. The kitchen is very useful. The staff were all friendly and competent. The laundry room is very useful and the front desk has laundry detergent and quarters. I was glad to use the fitness room. Plenty of parking. There are restaurants within walking distance and it feels safe to walk. The windows open - very important! There is recycling, though you have to look for it.

Breakfast was what the COVID experience shifted in overnight stay/morning breakfast locations. No hot food and fix your own. This should improve as we get beyond this pandemic. The Fitness room was very accessible and we used it almost daily.

We were very pleased by the visit and accommodations. We would like to send a special shout out to Victoria at the front desk and the industrious young man working days to make our stay comfortable.
