Courtyard Rochester Mayo Clinic Area/Saint Marys

Overall the stay was great. The hotel was nice, staff was really friendly. They accommodated an early check-in which I really appreciated. The restaurant was quiet, but food was good. I also had leftovers from lunch, and needed a plate to warm it up in the microwave in my room, and the front desk associate got me a plate from the kitchen, which was nice. I had appointments at Mayo, and it was about a 17 min walk to my appointments. If you have kids it was maybe 5 blocks to a nice park and playground. I chose this hotel as I didn't want to deal with parking, so it worked out there.

Not really the hotel's fault; but I could hear the neighbors pretty loud and clear. If there was a way for me to keep the fan on with the AC full time, it would've drowned them out. But it was a bit frustrating that the guests came back to their room just as I was going to go to sleep.

We needed a recliner for my dad and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic couldn't be more convenient. Great restauruants within walking distance, too.

We were a little surprised that housekeeping was still at pandemic frequency. We had to procure additional towels, toilet paper and coffee.

Location. Comfortable beds.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room and the front desk was slow to get someone to look at it. Finally moved us but learned that first room had problems before we arrived. It never should have been given to us. Also billing and payment with booking.com was messed up.

The breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. Professional and friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The morning of my departure, October 3rd, I visited the bistro for coffee. The employee was rude and abrupt.

The staff was very nice! We loved the food in the restaurant. It was a great location to come and go to Mayo Clinic. We used our own car only because parking was cheap at the Mayo ramp and we had gaps between our appointments so we went back to the hotel to rest.

The staff was exceptional!! LeAnn, I hope I got that right, a little bit of fuzz in the brain with a lot going on. Both my grandson and dad had surgery. From the time I called the front desk to get an early checkin, until I left the property, she was so accommodating. I had my 4 year old granddaughter in my care, she greeted every day, listening to my family stories, to just being as sweet as could be. You have a fabulous employee there!! She definitely was top notch. There was also a gentleman that worked the front desk with her on Thursday that helped in every way with my luggage to visiting with my granddaughter. Your property was not only close to St Mary’s, your staff was the best I have dealt with. Thank you for making a stay much appreciated!!

Comfortable, clean and close to Mayo. The shuttle was a welcome bonus.

The parking was too limited. We were lucky to find a spot. And breakfast was not included, which would have been appreciated.

The location was perferct as I had a family member int he hospital. Large rooms with balcony. Nice restaurant/bar area. Ease of parking even with a detour to get to the lot. Obliged an early check in and late check out request.

Always very clean and comfortable. Convenience to St Mary hospital is wonderful.

When you stay at hotel there is a $14. A day charge to park in their parking g ramp. Outrageous price when using their facility.

We had loud neighbors one night,they took some money off the bill.My suggestion,they offer a discount for Mayo,which is nice,but they need to section off a part of the hotel for those Mayo guests only,for a good nites sleep is needed after being at the hospital all day with an ill lloved one.Staff is attentive and friendly.

The maid just let herself into our room she knocked once but didn't give me time to answer the door.
