Love that breakfast is offered, probably one of the only locations that actually include breakfast @ no extra charge like almost all hotels & motels not all too long ago, use to do. That being said, just a bit more consistency as far as putting out adequate number of yogurt for example, offering 2 different fruits rather than just 1, ensuring plenty of batter, butter, & syrup is set out so that nobody feels left out of the simple fun & super deliciousness DIY waffle making experience! A fun way 2 get little ones up & going or a sweet qesture surprising your lover breakfast in bed...

As always, very pleasant stay, from the friendly & helpful staff to the breakfast every morning. The rooms are always nice & clean & how big they are is unbeatable!

This time we stayed on the 1st floor, which I didn't like due to all the noise in the hall and how pushy the cleaners were around checkout time, then even called after I left. Very rude, but I don't I tend on staying on the 1st floor again. Also, the breakfast options were to be desired... They had waffles, no syrup, cereal, no milk, and usually they have juices and fruits which I didn't see this stay. Hopefully they'll improve and return to their normal with providing everything to complete the breakfast set up

we absolutely loved our stay here! the rooms were spacious and clean! the beds were comfortable and the pillows. the breakfast was delicious and a great selection. Pool was a good size for indoor. We would definitely stay here again!

the only negative thing I can say is there’s only one dryer and one washer

The location was great. My suite was the size of a one bedroom apartment. The large king bed in the bedroom was very conformable. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful the night security that walked the grounds, made me feel very secure. All this at a fair price. I will stay there again for sure.

The floor in the elevator could have been moped more than once a day. There were some pills that were not cleaned until the next day. Otherwise everything was great.

no screens on windows,chair in room filty. need more verity of foods at breakfast. outside front area need cleaning and dumpster area need cleaning up.

Customer service. The hotel I was supposed to originally stay at oversold the hotel and left me out to dry at 2am. After calling a few hotels I found this one and the night auditor was the nicest person ever.

It was better maintained and cleaner than some similar holes I have recently stayed in. Breakfast was still in a bag but the sausage egg biscuit was as good or better than at fast food places. I spoke with Grace the manager about the difficulties operating while protecting her staff and guests from Covid and her worries about the new Covid variant. Difficult jobs in this stressful time for businesses.

It was fine

Brand new room with Andy Warhol Art. It was a nice comfy bed, too. The view was amazing as well as the staff. Staff makes you feel welcome! They are amazing. There was a hot tub, too.

The bright white light in my eyes. Everything is lit like a hospital. I wish softer lights were there. Bleach white color is not exactly inviting

There was no pick up breakfast. We loved the staff and that we could bring our pet with us. The room was quiet and AC worked well.

The chair was ratty, the toilet set was broken, not enough towels, no bath mat and only one room key. There was a sign about a pick up breakfast but there was only coffee. The TV stations available were missing some of our regular stations.

The location was amazing! Very convenient to every place! The staff was amazing. Overall I had an amazing experience

The smell of the room could've been better. It wasn't stinky just smelt stale.
