Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast was on real not paper plates with real not plastic silverware. Biscuits and gravy with grits felt like breakfast at home. The two food attendants were very friendly and helpful with a special request. The front desk person remembered me from previous visits and was very welcoming.

There was a shortage (absence of) luggage carts. We had been on the road for 14 days and had lots of luggage. We had to make several trips to get all the luggage up to our third floor room. I know they can’t make people bring the carts back. We found one by the third floor elevator when we checked out so we didn’t have to make several trips when we were ready to leave. Just our good luck.

The location was great with many options for food and shopping. It was close to the venue where my son was visiting laying basketball for a weekend tournament. It was clean and welcoming when we drove up. The entryway and lobby were both well lit and clean. The breakfast was awesome! We got downstairs 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and the chef still had hit fresh biscuits coming out. The food was delicious!

The door to my room was hard to open and close, but that was a minor issue.

Overall comfortable and good location.

The receptionist that didn’t know anything. I am pretty sure this young employee was new but her knowledge was so limited. She couldn’t tell us if flatware was in the room or if that was a restaurant across the street ( it was really dark when we arrived) and she charged my relatives room on my card.

I like that the hotel was off the Main Street and in a quiet area. The room was very big and spacious. I’m glad my son and I didn’t have to sleep in the same area and plus there’s 2 tvs.

There were not any safety bars in the bathroom area. It seemed to lack railing for safety. The bathtub area seemed unpractical. Needed shelving or some racks.

The location of the hotel was great. Just down the street is County Line Road with all the restaurants, shopping areas, and entertainment. The room was a nice size. It was only 2 of us, but friends came over. The room can comfortably fit 5 people. The kitchen area was well stocked, meaning the dishes were there in the room. Dishwasher was running great. Nice frig.

Breakfast was not served due to Covid Restrictions, but there was a grab and go breakfast.

Nice location, nice kitchen, great set up, just needs some tlc such as painting so it doesn’t look dirty. Mattress was very squishy and seems very worn, couch and chair were clean but very worn and cushion were not firm anymore. I would stay here again however if a little tlc went into the rooms it would be awesome

There was no breakfast left when we got down there, and they were still 30 minutes left till breakfast was supposed to end.

I really enjoyed how clean and comfortable it was! The staff was excellent they assisted me in everything I needed help with.

The room was a smoking room, I think more could be done to minimize the smoke smell. Room service did not show up. I stayed two nights and had to go to the lobby to get towels. I didn’t like the storing of the towels inside the shower.
