Best Western Plus Flowood Inn & Suites

The honest cleaning staff and the lady at the front desk!! We left some clothes hanging in the closet and didn’t realize it until we got home that night I called and it was the same lady that had checked us in and she immediately started checking the place where left things are kept. Thankfully the cleaning staff had turned all of the clothes in! She called me back to tell me she found them!! We were so thankful to get the clothes back!! We made arrangements for someone that we knew close by to pick them up for us. She was very helpful and friendly!! The cleaning staff was honest!!! So grateful for both!!

Location is excellent , good for families or big groups , close to everything that you need ( Flowood is 5 minutes from Jackson ) , Tracie ( sorry if a misspelled your name ) was an excellent host in the lobby , room are spacious and comfy , good breakfast , i definitely recommend this hotel and what i didn't like is not enought to deter me from coming back if i have the oportunity to visit the area again.

Didn't like the pool , looks like they don't add chlorine when needed and water when showering and washing hands feel like oily when trying to wash it out , it take forever to feel hands/body free of this oily sensation , it sounds crazy but we are from the Boston area ( Northeast ) i have been in a bunch of hotels in and out of USA and this is a first ( first time in the deep South though ).

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, the indoor pool was a nice size and heated ( we loved that). The hot breakfast was really good. And the staff was phenomenal. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in

There was literally nothing I could have asked for to make it a better stay.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in two years. The hotel wass located perfectly for our needs. The parking lot was well lit. The beds were extremely comfy. The staff was awesome! Trayce, the front desk attendant was one of the nicest humans I've had the experience of meeting. Mr. Patel was awesome as well. Every single staff member we met was extremely nice and welcoming. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was not served. They offered bagged breakfasts which consisted of a granola bar, a huge muffin, and a bottle of water. More than enough to satisfy me. This is the first Non-smoking hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't stink of cigarette smoke. No smoke at all! The water was perfectly hot. The hotel was clean. Not overly spotless, but clean enough for my liking. I don't expect perfection. It is in walking distance of several different food options such as Popeye's, Taco Bell, Schlotzky's, Golden Corral, as well as several local places including a Japanese restaurant. I will definitely be back.

The air conditioner was loud and the mini fridge made a whining sound that sounded like some type of top secret governmental mind control device. However, it didn't really bother me. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel and it was by far quieter than the last hotel I stayed in. I would much rather have loud devices than loud neighbors. The WiFi was pretty slow. Not a big deal considering this was not a work trip, but if it had been, the WiFi is definitely not up to speed.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very welcoming. She was knowledgeable about the hotel's entities and the room's appliances. She also ensured that we knew about the to-go breakfast that would be provided due to COVID and she ensured that we would have a safe stay on the property. The beds were spacious, soft, and warm. Our bathing area wasn't too small to move around in. We was provided extra bedding and towels. Everything was awesome! The thing I loved most was that clerk was very friendly and encouraging. We was always greeted with a smile each time she saw us during our stay. Our stay was WONDERFUL!! I'd definitely stay there again and again and again.

The staff was super helpful and courteous. They handled a storm and loss of electricity calmly and did their best in spite of it!

Being there in a storm where the electricity went off, but this was not the fault of the staff.

Breakfast was in to go boxes due to COVID-19, but it was healthy. Room was very clean and beds were comfy. Had to ask for towels the first night. I always assume during booking when asked how many guests would be staying enough towels would be automatically provided, but that hardly happens. Great location, lots of retail stores and eateries nearby.

The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Staff was Friendly. Price was good.

The bathroom sink was very slow draining and the toilet would continue to run unless you rattled the handle. NO soft drink or water vending. Not sure if there was ice.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay very special, especially the lady at front deck day shift... excellent breakfast..and well lit parking.

We only planned one day in the area.u

The entire facility was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and responsive.

The pool needed cleaning and the gym only had 3 pieces of equipment and one was out of order.
