Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Madison

The location was perfect. I was actually getting away from my house on the water due to incoming severe weather. I wanted to be away from the south directed win and they did that for me.

I did leave some pants at the hotel and did not discover that I had done so until a week or so after my stay. I would think they could give me a courtesy call to say they found something in the closet.. by the time I called them they had no idea where those might be!!!

The motel was very quiet. I never heard anyone in the hallway when I was in my room. The bedding was super comfy! The check in staff was very helpful. There was an ample supply of shampoo and conditioner provided and not the tiny bottles that other places often use.

The hairdryer was very weak. It took me a long time to dry my hair because there was very little air flow out of it. I will probably bring my own next time.

The property was clean, with a friendly staff. loved the bartender. super friendly!

The work out facilities were ok. The equipment worked but it wasn’t stocked with towels either of the two days that we accessed the gym. also, they were missing incremental weights (10lb weights).

Decor was stunning and had a glorious bathroom!! Greetings on the TV with my name was so nice. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent service!!

The only issue I had was that the bed was very hard even though it looked soft. Also, they didn’t have garbage bag liners and was advised they didn’t provide them. I thought that was a bit strange.

The property was very well kept and really clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful & very nice. The room was well decorated & very spacious.

I didn’t like that we had to go and ask for replacement towels during our stay & our trash wasn’t emptied from room during our stay. Those little pails fill quickly.

The location was very pretty. The Courtyard was very clean, and every one was very friendly.

The first floor rooms need better window coverings. The parking lot light make the room look like it is morning with the light streaming through on the edges.

I would have preferred the cost to be a little less costly. we were there for a doctors appointment and surgery and it was just a costly three days but…,

The room was clean and modern. The foldout was great for our daughter. We still had a king bed and the twin was perfect for her. The shower was large with a posh shower head. Overall, the room was what we expected from Marriott.

Prices at the snack counter are extremely high. I know we were paying for convenience, but it was a little over the top.

After the initial check in, we could not get a set of clean towels to save our life. I know it was a busy weekend, but someone dropped the ball on this big time!!!!!!

The entire staff was amazing. The front desk, the bar staff and coffee/breakfast staff. I was very impressed. I am not use to seeing this kind of service today.
