They were very accommodating.

I was actually disappointed in YOUR company. It was NOT the hotel in any way. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy. Considering they closed their bookings an hour before YOU booked us, they did not have the room you booked for us. They had 1 room left which was a king suite. They were nice enough to give us that room. They had to call multiple people to tell them that rooms were booked that were not available. I'm so grateful for their kindness. My satisfaction with your company however is in question. I would hope that you would take this information and use it to better your company. Many were left without rooms in a city that was booked solid.

Everything was top quality! Breakfast was good. One thing that stood out ... On the day of check out, I was approached by an employee. She had been awesome the entire stay! I had lost a $50 bill at the desk the day earlier. She made sure to lock it up in the safe, and she returned it to me!!!! THAT IS QUALITY CUTOMER SERVICE!!!! I really appreciate her. I really wish I would have gotten her name. It was on Friday 4-9-2021 am.

No complaints!

Did not use facilty. Food selection was limited. Would have enjoyed eggs, sausage or bacon, toast or biscuit, and gravy. Mexicans food is good however not every guest can eat Mexican food.

Need more Disability parking. Desk clerk needs to read info of the guest booking request. I requested a 2 Second floor room near the elevator. Was assigned a 1floor room. Clerk changed the floor but assigned us to a room at the end of the corridor. Both my wife and I have walking disabilities. We are in our 80,s.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel! Its very nicely designed and decorated. It is Very clean. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. It's in a great location back off of the road. If it wasn't for the sign, you wouldn't know that it was here. The area is really quiet and it is next to some great restaurants. Not to mention the shopping mall isn't far away. I love that their indoor pool is open. And the bathroom is very clean and nice. This is my new getaway from now on.

That I didn't book this hotel sooner. I needed a hotel for two nights so my first Choice was Microtel because it was cheaper. Bad decision! We stayed at microtel one night then got our money back. I looked up this hotel and fell in love.

The studio rooms were very spacious. The showers and the bathroom were amazing . I love the room you have in the shower.

Well in all three rooms we had we found stuff inside the pull out sofa other than that it was a very nice and clean room. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Customer Service with the lady at the desk. Associate answered all my concerns and questions politely and in a professional manner.

Booking.com agent booked the wrong room. Booking.com made the mistake not the hotel. What they have on site is not actually what you might stay in. The hotel room was really nice and clean.

Was happy that they still served breakfast during covid conditions. Glad to have the option of it being fixed by employee for us to take back and eat in it the room. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in lobby at all times. Beds where very comfortable. In addition liked the option to buy drinks and snacks at the front desk. Overall the facility was very clean and tidy. Looked like it had just opened. Staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy access off and back on the interstate.

If staying on the first floor you had to go up to second floor to get ice.

Location was good. Breakfast was good and more than expected.

The bathroom had mold around the base of the shower door. Bathroom needs a bit more cleaning around the shower.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not enough choices, no one likes powdered eggs. Toast, pancakes, fruit - would be nice. Location was fine

Didn't get to eat the breakfast. Slept too late. The hotel is so clean and pretty decorated. Staff was great! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, even though it was cold. The heater was messed up. Beds and pillows were super comfy.

The only con was there is no hot tub. Would have been so nice on our cold night.
