Hilton Garden Inn Meridian

The room was one of the renovated one. It was clean. The bathroom was like new. The breakfast was wonderful!!! The next day front end clerk was nice. The breakfast was really good for the extra $20 for a family of four. Will stay here again.

The front desk clerk was not professional in any way. My family and I walked in And she was on the phone with her daughter. Myself, wife, and our two young boys had to wait until she finished her conversation which took about 5 min. I had to ask for our free breakfast(included in the room for extra $20) coupon. But I was looking for something nice and clean and was scared because of the reviews. The hotel is working on renovations and I believe it will be nice when completed. The beds were very uncomfortable. Need new mattresses

We were locked out of our bathroom upon arrival. The coffeepot didn't work at all.. We could have used some coffee after our trip there! Had no clue we had to ask to have our room cleaned and fresh linens until we questioned why it wasn't cleaned the second night. That should have been pointed out to uswhen we checked in. However, we would like to give praises to the front desk for their friendliness the entire time and answered questions when asked.

I love md the room and the big opening when you walk through the front door of the hotel. I also like that there was a pool and my children really love the pool. I loved that after our first stay we ask for the room to get cleaned and it was cleaned when we return for our second night.

I didn't like that you have to pay separate for the breakfast. You have to pay for a membership just to eat in the restaurant.

Location, cleanliness, kind staff, nice bed and great location.

The tiny bedside reading lights and no main light in the ceiling. Struggled with that very dim. Shower did not have a place to put your soap or shower gels?! Bad design. Old model TV; unable to use our firestick.

it’s convenient to jump off the interstate and then back on the next morning. lots of restaurants around this area also

the refrigerator didn’t work. I think it was just unplugged. also, they were working on the building and I felt like they stuck me in the middle of the reconstruction because I used booking.com

it is beautiful property . inside and out . the lobby , room, fireplace , the staff , the restaurant is amazing , the breakfast was awesome and the cost was perfect . everything was amazing . the Staff were excellent . Shout out to Nikki . you made it the perfect experience . friendly and a much needed smile !

Very bland but it was okay for my 3 year old.

I didn’t like the fact that the 2nd floor had no ice. I had to travel to other floors to get ice. Housekeeping knocked on my room door around 9:30 when check out isn’t until 12. Also, I was charged $15.21 for breakfast when my reservation stated $10.95. Overall, the stay was quiet and comfy.

very clean & very comfortable . location felt safe

The person at check in was not friendly & never smiled. I felt like I had interrupted her day . she did not speak clearly & I had to have her repeat herself . The check out person was a bit more friendly . Seems like the staff could learn that a smile goes a long way for customer service !

The bathroom was very clean and beautiful. The comforter was so light but so comfortable. Such a beautiful atmosphere

No plug covers in the wall for the outlets that aren’t being used. People traveling with toddlers, may be concerning. And we were.

I prefer Hilton Garden Inns when I travel: exceptional value for the price. HGI offers clean, comfortable rooms and an open, welcoming lobby and dining area. I can’t say enough about how courteous and accommodating all the staff were at this HGI. I’ll certainly stay here in the future.
