Everything was immaculate. From the front desk staff to the house keeping and maintenance crew. A special thanks to J Andrews for all the up to date events and information he gave me. His ability to answer and questions I had in regards to the hotel or the city was superb. They all wore a inviting smile and never seemed to be distressed or agitated. I'll definitely be coming back to this location SOON. I didn't want to leave!

If there were one thing I didn't like, it would have been the missing owning for the back patio. It rained the first 2 days we got there so enjoying a cigar and bourbon wasn't in the cards for us on our 1st valentines night get away.

The breakfast was very good! The room was spacious and clean. I really like the bathroom, very spacious and big shower! Beds were very comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was so great!! Very welcoming and friendly,

The rooms need a microwave. The TV/Cable did not work very well the picture was distorted. My sister and me were at the front desk, we were looking at the food/drinks to purchase. The woman working never acknowledge us, she kept talking to her friend who was on our side of the desk. Never even looked at us. I walked outside and walked across the parking lot and went to McDonalds.

Beautiful and spacious modern hotel. James, the hotel concierge was amazing and kind. Professional and courteous. Will most definitely stay again on next visit.

Tub was stopped up but was quickly fixed.

The hotel is very well appointed, and the room was very clean. However, the staff was extremely helpful in general but also to resolve an issue we had. In the "ask the property" Q&A, the top answer implied the pet fee is $20 (which is a much older rate) and we were actually going to be charged $50 per pet, which is per their current policy. When we brought the old answer to their attention, Leslie waived one pet off as a courtesy and also made a note to get the old answer updated or deleted.

We only stayed for a night, and really nothing was an issue. As a suggestion to booking.com, maybe display the answers from the property with the most recent showing first. The hotel had a recent answer with the correct pet fee which would have prevented the misunderstanding.

It’s a nice hotel the staff very friendly. The room was clean there a lil on the small size but ok for one night. Breakfast was good. And the hotel is near a lot of restaurants.

Will I didn’t like the no carpet I know it’s better on the cleaning part but ppl with feet problems need carpet or something… around the bed would be nice. And my wife was upset when we got there at 4pm and there was no pool she thought she had alot of time for swimming.

Breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection, to include hot items (eggs, sausage, pancakes). The location is convenient re: Interstate access and we really like the TRU 'business model'.

I am ready for a return to pre-COVID, daily room cleaning (at least empty the trash in the rooms!) Given the CDC's guidance on surface contact COVID transmission (i.e., it simply doesn't happen!) not tidying up the guest rooms daily seems to be more closely related to cutting corners and costs than it is to safety.

Our room was clean, comfortable and at a convenient location for our road trip. The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming and were happy to help in any way. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very efficient with a good variety of choices.

It would have been nice to have coffee or tea facilities in the room, however free coffee was available 24/7 in reception.

Jordan checked us in and was extremely pleasant. He had the biggest smile and most gracious attitude every time we went through the lobby for any reason. Flossie checked is out and had the same pleasant demeanor. Most definitely an awesome staff presence.

The room was a little out dated and the walls were thin, so we heard a lot of the noise from the room next door.

We woke up to the spell of breakfast ! Our room was nice and clean. And we will most definitely stay again ! From now on I will look for try by Hilton every time I leave home. The staff was very nice and helpful😍

Three pillows instead of four but you can’t please everyone and the ladies were so sweet if I would have asked for another pillow I’m sure they would have gave me one.

Everything - The young man (Jordan) at the front desk was exceptionally nice at Check-in and Check-out and addressed me by my last name everytime he saw me during our stay - if I've ever saw anyone at a hotel that deserved a raise, Jordan was it!

The shampoo and bodywash dispensers in the shower were empty when we got there - had to take them down to front desk to get them filled
