Everyone was extremely nice except for one rude lady working at 4 a.m. Sunday morning. The managers were extremely nice and went over and beyond. The bed was extremely comfortable, except for finding someone's ponytail holder in the sheets. There was small ants around the bathtub also but hey we didn't complain it's the south. But they probably do need to check it out.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the property was a plus.
My hot water pressure was low, the pressure balance cartridge needed to be changed. Engineer came to the room but didn’t replace it and left my door ajar in which is a big non no. Mentioned it to Front desk but wasn’t offer anything.

The breakfast was perfect in every way. So much variety. Yolanda is a one woman tornado cooking all that food and keeping the place spic and span. She deserves a raise! Can't wait to come back and do this again!
The clock in my room has a bad display. When you try to set the alarm it is most evident. The numbers are jumbled. However, the bad experience with the clock was erased by the excellent breakfast I experienced for three days.

very good atmosphere. everyone was very friendly and location was perfect for us
humid. the carpet in the room was “wet”. we had to keep the temperature low to avoid the yuckiness. ****im from Louisiana so I know about humidity. a vent in the bathroom would help as well

The breakfast was good and plentiful. It would be nice to have a way to cut up the apples is all. Comfortable room and lots of comfy pillows.
The curtains didn't fit in the window very well and there was maybe some glue sticking out along the top edge maybe? The window was my only complaint really.

Breakfast was great as it was varied each day. The lady in charged was a sweet heart. The front desk was awesome to me with my questions. Location is great for downtown. My favorite hotel Everyone on staff is so kind and professional..
Maybe more fresh coffee later in tge day would be nice

The room was a little dated. Beds were excellent! EVERY employee here my 3 day stay was nice, friendly m, helpful, neat, delightful & over the top to help with anything.
The carpet in the room could use an little upgrade.

We requested a room away from the elevator when we booked the rooms we did the last time. Both times we were right next to the elevators. The first time we booked a month in advance., this time a week in advance. We will probably look at another hotel next time

Breakfast was great as was the location. This is my fourth stay at this Hampton and have always enjoyed my time here. The hotel is centrally located and I really like it. I highly recommend this hotel.
No need for improvement. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
