The Burn Bed and Breakfast0

We enjoyed the beautiful property as well as the food and atmosphere at breakfast. We enjoyed the southern hospitality from the staff. A talented man serenaded the guests at breakfast with various show tunes and classical music as well as a rendition of Happy Birthday for some guests who had come there to celebrate. We don’t know if that was the norm there but we certainly enjoyed it. The owner stopped by the breakfast area after we had finished eating, he was very personable we enjoyed speaking with him.

Great location, charming and quiet B&B. Very hospitable, loved the homemade breakfast (especially the biscuits!), wine hour in the garden and a bonus of piano playing by the owner during breakfast. Their very beautiful dog Babe was also on greeting duty. Gorgeous charming southern room.

Nothing I disliked about it. I only wish the weather had been warmer so I could have enjoyed the garden more!

A beautiful property set in a lovely large garden. The room we had was wonderfully, with original features. The hostess was superb, staff were all very friendly and breakfast was great. We had everything we could ask for and on our final day, we were given a tour of the property and the lady was very well informed with its history. The property is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Natchez and we found parking to be really easy. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Felt like a home away from home. Nell welcomed us graciously and all the staff exhibited true southern hospitality. We had a girls getaway with 3 overnight guests and 2 locals. Along with us they enjoyed an evening reception and a full breakfast the next morning. Our room was large (3 beds) and they were comfortable. I will definitely return to The Burn and will recommend it to other friends visiting Natchez.

Everything was top notch. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room and grounds were beautifully kept. The littlest touches made the biggest impressions such as piano music at breakfast.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except that I had to leave and come back to reality! I am looking forward to my next trip back!

The location was central to everything we wanted to do while in Natchez. The breakfast was fabulous and we enjoyed the variety everyday. They accommodated our various dietary requirements with no problems and paid attention to what we liked to be sure they had it available each day.

A box of Kleenex in our room would have been nice but that's all I can come up with. I really enjoyed our stay.

Accommodations, staff and food were all fantastic. An added bonus was meeting the congenial owner and his friendly, funny dog "Babe". Special shout out to Nell for attempting to fulfill a needed item and completing fulfillment of a special dietary requirement. Juanita (Wanita?) and Joanne treated us like family. Wonderful way to celebrate 80th birthday with family.

What's not to like?

The breakfast was amazing. True southern food and different everyday. It’s in walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. The place has a beautiful garden and a great history. Miss Nell takes the guests on a house tour and tells the complete history. It was very interesting and Nell is great! We loved staying here. *The pool is nice and warm.

wonderful old house with original features. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a four poster bed with curtains and as such, was not able to watch television easily while laying on the bed. But not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

The care & attention of Miss Nell, Miss Joann, and Miss Juanita! Mr. Franco's piano and friendliness! Miss Babe!

Dim lighting in Lucy Room bur Miss Nell fixed that. Chairs not extremely comfortable, especially gentleman's chair.
