Staff were all very friendly and helpful - front desk and cleaning crew. The location is great! 5 minute car ride to Ole Miss campus and located in the same parking lot as First Watch which has great breakfast and lunch options as well as Core Fitness - a fantastic Pilates studio that also sells Lululemon, MZ Wallace, Free People, Spiritual Gangster, etc.

The rooms definitely show a little wear and tear (as expected) since they first opened. They should consider new couches (multiple stains in both rooms). Showers with mildew stains (definitely not a deal breaker and expected in rooms that get quite a bit of use).

The room was nice and included a refrigerator, microwave, sink, AND dishwasher, along with some dishes. I also liked that there was a couch to chill out on.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower was a little dirty... probably from being old, idk.

We booked it because of the location and proximity to Lamar Yard, but it exceeded our expectations in every way! Our room was so roomy and comfortable and was stocked with anything we could possibly need! If we could have stayed longer than one night we definitely would have gotten more use out of the very well-equipped kitchen! The facilities were tastefully decorated and appeared to be well-maintained. We actually went for a swim that night, and the pool and the surrounding deck area were clean and very inviting! Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was very tasty. The room was equipped well except silverware. Loved having a suite! Was surprised at the space. Hotel was pretty close to town square. Good value for price we paid.

Hallways were a little bit littered when we came and we stayed two nights and hallway was still littered when we left. My husband used men’s restroom in the lobby and said it was very dirty?!

I liked the room size, the partial kitchen and the pull out sofa. It was clean and the whole family fit without being on top of each other. The staff were super nice also. It had an almost full size fridge, lots of cooking dishes, eating utensils plates etc. It had a table/desk that you could move to the couch, a foot stool, nesting tables. It was great, I have already booked again.

The shower light would not stay on, they had very little body soap left, once the shower curtain got wet it smelled, they only had 2 luggage carts and no cook tops were available. But other than those few things everything was great.

Breakfast choices were very good, staff was very friendly, parking was good.

Traffic for small town of Oxford, Ms was terrible and hotel was in an area near a round about that made getting out and in to the hotel area a challenge at times.

Our room was spacious, convenient, and quiet even though it was on the first floor right next to the lobby. (Perhaps covid has restricted people gathering in the lobby at all hours.) Even though it was a very busy college commencement weekend, the place never really seemed crowded.

A little pricey because it was a big weekend in Oxford, but we are lucky to have booked well in advance. We overheard a walk-in query in the lobby where someone was quoted a rate 4 times what we paid!

Comfortable large room. Breakfast was included if you wanted it. Location is pretty close to Ole Miss and the Square.

The inflated nightly rate we paid - based on home Ole Miss baseball weekend and "parent weekend" for some of the Ole Miss sororities. The rate was double what it should have been.

Love the small kitchen, I was glad to get a cook top this visit. And the use of the BBQ pit was great, they even had bbq utensils for you to use.

The beds were hard and we had to go and get clean bedding for the pull out sofa, pillows, sheets and blankets. There was bedding still left on the pull out couch..didn't know if it was clean or dirty.

My husband used his card to pay for.the room and they ended up only charging half the price to his card and charged the other half to.my card which put me.in a bind . I didn't appreciate that at all. The hotel accommodations were very nice though.
